Wow! Never experienced something that bad.Placed an order on the phone at 1:56pm, was told 20-30 min.. cool!2:20pm arrived, they told me not yet.. no problem! 2:40 pm asked them how long more? She said for which order? They realized didn’t start making it yet, so she told 10 more minutes, and went and took a break. Wait! What??It wasn’t even busy, and the way they were talking… unbelievable! Worst place ever. Food was ok tho!

Terrible and cheap staff. An order for 4 people and we get a tiny container of ginger. One soya. And one (yes one) set of chopsticks!! What a bunch of cheap people work there!!! Aweful

Rice extremely buttery, it’s all you could taste. Wouldn’t hold together with the nigiri. Roll was only half rolled and every piece fell to bits.Fish looked old, wasabi was browning. Not overly impressed with the food.

I feel so torn about writing this review. Sushi shop actually has really great recipes for the rolls - they tastes really good and their soy sauce is divine (I think it’s literally their secret sauce). HOWEVER, the quality doesn’t seem to be consistent. There’ll be days that it tastes good, and days that it doesn’t taste as good. Sometimes they don’t have ingredients and they still make the rolls (I usually choose rolls that have mangoes and sometimes the same rolls have it one day and don’t have it another day?!!). So basically I think the original chef is good but their quality management is abysmal.Today we ordered and they packaged the sushi’s so close to each other and so crowded that the rolls lose their shapes and all the pieces that I pick up fall apart!It’s just such a shame that such good quality food, such good concepts go to waste because of their inconsistencies and their poor management.

This particular location, I find has the worst customer service. They’re often rude and have a bit of an attitude at times. I asked them about their loyalty program and they said they don’t have that even though there were signs about it right in my face. The sushi is good though, which is why I’ll be back.

They have good staff and the place is bigger and nicer than I thought from looking at it from the outside. They have somewhat of a limited selection but overall they're okay for the price. Not a ton of sushi options in this area so it's good for what it is.

This take out sushi has the worst service. I come here once in awhile for the poke bowl salmon.Service is always bad!!! This past weekend I went there to make 2 orders takeout, n I was the only customer. There were 3 staffs. The person that was preparing my order was talking with the other 2 staffs, instead of finishing up my order. I stood there looking at them n waiting for my order n they didn’t care. I waited so long.Never go to this Sushi Shop, service is bad n the quality/taste of the food is not consistent.This time my orders were Not enough sauce, so it was dry n no taste. Sometimes there is so little of food they put in the poke bowl order.This is my last time of going here. I will drive somewhere else to get a poke bowl. Even if it's further from where I live.DO NOT GO TO THIS SOUTH KEYS SUSHI SHOP BRANCH!!!!!YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Items missing from my order when I called to have it corrected was told I’d have to come there to pick up. Food was Good that arrived, however the service was not up to my standards unfortunately.

Almost every time I order sushi from this place they manage to screw something up. Either the add-ons I paid for aren’t there and they don’t give me the spicy mayo I paid for!!
