These people are thieves!! I would highly suggest not dealing with this branch. They have incompetent employees that don’t know how to do their jobs. They continue to take payment from your account and they don’t take the proper steps to ensure a proper cancellation of a policy. When they make these errors, they make it impossible for you to get a refund denying any error on their part!! I would never recommend them to anyone and state farm...... if you happen to read this?? Take this comment seriously and look into this branch and the knowledge of the people. They seriously need some work!

After freaking 10 days waiting, this agent still didn’t reply the request of changing insurance policy online. Can’t reach them through phone calls or emails. Not professional AT ALL!!! Never be so angry about a service. Should check the google review before using this horrible agent!!!
