I had a very delightful experience with this company. After 4 years of competition telling me to stop calling as our country property would not be eligible for service due to our range and trees, Satronics stepped up and found a solution. They (Andrew) installed a temp. tower (in a snow storm) and have had us able to work/homeschooling for the first time without having to drain a Hotspot from our cell phones. The service is perfect for our needs and the price is good for unlimited data. Their support team has reached out directly to see how the service is and has addressed one small hiccup.I highly recommend Satronics for rural internet needs.

As we reflect back on 2022, we have come to realize that securing the services of Satronics as our ISP is the best decision we made all year! Thank you for your terrific, caring, and most especially, RELIABLE service!We only lost service unexpectedly overnight and thru part of Christmas Day, but that blizzard affected a lot of people worse than us. We still had electricity, heat and family.You guys have a great team and terrific product. As a family of four, with two young adults our internet needs are in high demand. After an upgrade to our dish we have experienced excellent internet speed and no interruptions. I'm a fan, way better speeds than the other guys"

The service started off fantastic. I was told I would be able to get an inspection done quickly to access the type of service I would get. I was told to call back to book an appointment with Pat, who does the appointments. When I spoke with Pat, I was told there would be a space opening up with one of the towers, and to wait until the week before installation to call back and pick a more specific time. However, I don't think I was put on a list, because when I called again, I was told the tower was full and I would have to wait. I asked about having Dan come out to the house to verify we could get internet, but every-time I called, I was told to give my number and they would call me back. After a few days, I would call again, and was told I did not have a file, or Pat was not in, etc. After well over 10 times back and forth trying to set up an appointment, I gave up. Its unfortunate because I heard such great things, and I really wanted to support a local company.

We had inquired on social media for a isp, that did rural and many people recommended satronics. So glad we went with them, family owned and operated. Fabulous customer service. They rushed things for us, which most companies won't do. Andrew was not only polite, but very efficient and knowledgeable. Pat in the office seemed to always be available, and was extremely helpful. Most companies don't service our area, one of the biggest companies did, but the service was so slow, we couldn't even stream. Satronics speed is off the chart, more than what we need. Just like living in the city. So thank you Satronics!

Our service was affected by a nearby lightning strike during the snowstorm this weekend and Pat, Dan and Andrew were a true pleasure to work with (as always!) in trouble-shooting and then getting to our home to replace affected system components over the weekend. Local, personal and friendly service, on a system that surpasses the reliability and speed of our previous high speed satellite internet service. Thanks to this great team!

After years of horrible internet living in the country, I finally found the solution with Satronics. They expedited the install, Andrew did a fantastic quality install, and Pat was great to deal with. Very professional. I can't wait to see how it performs long term but already seeing 10x the internet speeds with the base plan. Thanks!!
