I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and have always made room for me to come in last minute. Such a great little shop! Tires are affordable and they are super quick with getting the job done. Wouldn’t trust another place with my tires. The tires I get from here are not only cheaper but last longer than any other place I’ve gone (Canadian tire is a death trap). Thanks for being so accommodating always!

Had a sidewall blowout and brought the two rear wheels and tires to have them mounted and balanced. Staff called me and said they were having difficulty installing the tires as they are low profile 20. Said the owner (Paul) would be able to do it the next day. I was good with that as the wheels were powder coated last year and I didn't want them scratched. One of them did have a small 4" section curb rash that could have been easily repaired (on the face).I received the phone call the next day to pick them up and there was a couple of scuffs. Needless say it was 6 to 8 major scratches on each wheel causing big flakes of powder coat to come off on the inside and face of the wheels (I have pictures of them before without any damage besides on the face where the tire isn't). Also there was a few gouges in the aluminum as well.After a month and a half of trying to talk to the owner about a solution (talked to him quickly once but he was driving at the time...lied that there was damage already there). I wasn't expecting to be 100% compensated! He never returned my calls and never showed up when I was told he would be there.So I have to 100% eat the cost of refinishing as the powder coat is a custom color. Small claims court will cost me more than refinishing. FYI the shop is not registered on the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY from there as there are more competent shops and will definitely help you if they damage your property. Oh and they still charged me for the mounting and balance.I refuse to deal with this place ever again due to the fact that the owner lied about my own wheels being damaged when they were not. Once again I have pictures."

Complete chaos! This is the most disorganized business I've ever had to deal with! When I ordered the tires, I was misled in thinking I was arriving for an appointment, only to find out, its first come first serve. The staff is completely rude and obnoxious and should be embarrassed about their entire operation. When my wife made a second attempt to get the tires put on, she arrived early in the morning, just after 7 am, to be first in line, it was 9 am before any staff surfaced to take in the first car! I'm at a complete lose with this entire experience and would go out of my way to ensure no one makes the same mistake I did, by going to Bateman's in the first place, absolutely awful!!Not remotely surprised by your response, there always seems to be an excuse. Just so I'm clear, the first call when I ordered the tires was ok, you were easy to deal with, etc., but it went downhill from there. The tires were supposed to be in on Monday, I did not receive a call, so on Thursday, after trying for a couple hours, because the message was, the customer you are trying to reach is unavailable! I mean, who trying to run a business is unavailable, anyway, I spoke to a lady, she advised the tires and rims had arrived and to come at 10 am the next morning! I was away, out of province, so my wife went and was met with an extremely rude person, so she left, as she didn't have time to sit all day and was under the impression her appointment was for 10 am. BTW, you did not ever advise me on the first phone conversation that it was first come first serve. Let's agree to disagree about how things went and not bother wasting anymore of each other's time!
