Great, quick service. No complaints at all.

Never dissatisfied. Staff is friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. From a simple oil change to repairs and inspections; I felt confident with their recommendations. Their ability to provide accurate “worst case scenario” estimate is amazing and there wasn’t extra surprise charges when the final bill came. I think each time I’ve gone, my bill was always less than what I was quoted. They somehow how make a bad situation a good experience. They definitely took care of me and my car, above and beyond.

Had a friends truck in for crown undercoating on 13 Oct 2022, the shop did a terrible job missing a number of key areas under the truck and they never removed any of the factory plugs to apply undercoating. He had to purchase 2 cans of crown to finish it off himself. When he talked to them they apologized and said they would take to their technician. Seems these days that customer satisfaction is out the window and now you pay your money and get what you get. Very disappointing given the quality use to be there with this company and now its not. The company made no suggestions on how they could correct this issue. If your getting you vehical done there i would suggest that you check quality before you pay. And make sure they quote you for a full undercoat not a partial one.

This store has one accessible parking spot so being disabled and in a wheelchair I felt I would have equal access to service but on the day of my appointment the parking spot was occupied by the company vehicle and I had to vacate my vehicle in the middle of the parking lot in the rain . I explained to staff how their selfish behaviour had such a negative effect on people with disabilities. To this day they continue to park their vehicle in the designated accessible parking spot thus denying persons with disabilities access to their business. They obviously have no desire to make their business accessible and I have no desire to support them and I would encourage anyone with family or friends with disabilities to do the same. By the way, when I contacted OK Tire head office prior to my visit she assured me that all their establishments follow provincial guidelines. I beg to differ

Make an apointment 2 weeks out for 9 o clock and wait 4 hours to have tires changed and told you arejyst a drop off. Will not return and will not recommend to anybody to go here.

Have gone here several times, usually after messing my vehicle up on the road and needing quick local service. Tires and alignment services are great!

Brought vehicle in for undercoating.Received it back with none of the undercoating plugs removed to spray the inside of the rockers / doors or quarter panels.Under the hood was a mess. Undercoating all over all the plastic on top of the engine but no undercoating inside the fenders.Underside of the vehicle had about 20% coverage.

Tire went flat on busy road directly in front of this business. I have handicap plate and mobility issues. I went in to get some help.They said they couldn't help me for another 10 days! My car is right in front of their parking lot with a flat tire.I managed to put on my spare and now will not be able to to move for three days due to joint pain.I'll never waste my time with this business again.

Such a great little place. My husband recently had his rims repainted and needed to find a shop to put on his new tires. We called a few places who couldn't/wouldn't guarantee that they would be careful not to cause damage to the rims until we finally landed on this one. The staff member we dealt with was very friendly and accommodating. Drop off/pickup was easy, prices were competitive, they were even thoughtful enough to place pieces of cardboard in between each tire to protect them once they were mounted on the rims. They did a great job overall!

I've been going to OK Tire since before they were OK tire. They have always been professional and I have never come away with unexpected repairs or costs, and I appreciate the photo documentation they have been providing for the last couple of years. In my experience they have also been very proactive in sourcing parts with recommendations, and provide multiple quotes where appropriate. Definite recommend!
