Very, very expensive. I'll drive to Waterloo (Surplus Malouin) Magog (Rona) or St-Elie (Materiaux St-Elie) to buy anything worth more than $25 even though I live closer to this store.

$30 for a REFILL of propane for BBQ??? Absolument fou et insultant!The guy was nice, but this price is not ok. This place is a ripoff. Going to Provi Soir or Canadian Tire to exchange for $24 instead.

They charged 20% to exchange some eco fire wood that I bought 10 minutes after finding real fire wood at the depanneur. They were not helpful or friendly. I will not return to this store.

Just read the other reviews. I dont even know how they are still open. Eric that works there seems to hate his life so much that hes arrogant with customers. If you are to go there, ask for Benoit. He will help you out.

This store might be the most différent that any other of it kind. They'll charge you about 15 to 35% more for the same product in any other Home hardware or Rona, Home Depot. And if you want to return the product you did needed, they'll be happy to charge you 15% fees on you return. This is considered as theft.. because they'll make profit again on the the same product. NOT RECOMMANDED my worst expérience...

The store is poorly stocked, we asked for help and after asking the employee to show us where to find something, he lost his temper and showed us something that doesn't meet our needs. We wound up putting everything back and doing the extra drive to Canadian Tire in Magog. It was a good decision. Eastman does not have a hardware store as far as we are concerned.

Otherwise called Home Hardware, this store is well stocked. I need a hinge for a laptop folddown wall table, they had what I needed.
