My boyfriend and I love this place! We always order the Original & Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwiches. This time we added sides of Mac & Cheese & Coleslaw (which were delish).The sandwiches are soo good! They are always fresh, and the chicken is crispy and juicy.The ingredients on the sandwiches compliment each other so well.The staff is so kind and up beat at every visit.

Stopped here for lunch, I wish they had dine in options but nevertheless the food was pretty good. I got the honey popper w/ Mac and cheese (not the best mac) but still pretty good. The portions are very generous, and the price is high but the customer service was amazing this place is a must try! Thank you for being awesome!

We are in Ontario from away, and we saw this restaurant on skip and figured why not give it a shot.WELL, let me tell you, it was the best chicken we’ve ever had. My boyfriend got the honey popper sandwich and coleslaw and I got the strips and Mac&cheese and we shared. It was amazing, it is better then anything we’ve ever had back home, we literally cannot wait to have it again, and will miss it once we’re home!10/10 recommend, and I hope everyone tries it. Totally worth every cent.

The original burger was good. The chicken was crispy and juicy but not oily. Big portions. The bun was soft and the coleslaw helped cut the richness of it all. Good amount of aioli/sauce. I liked it.

Hands down the best chicken burger place in the city, and one of the best I had in the province. Fresh, tender, juicy chicken with delicious toppings and butter smooth bread. Really good fries as well. Definitely recommended!

The best place for fried chicken and huge juicy chicken sandwiches in the city. As soon as you get inside, you get the mouthwatering smell of fried chicken. For me, this is enough proof that they use good quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and very accurate while giving estimations about the prep time of your order. I wish they had a dine-in option, but I'd still be willing to pick-up as long as they keep serving the most delicious fried chicken ever.

Heard about this place recently and boy can I say the sandwhich is truly worth it. I have not tried a chicken Sandwich this big and filling. Truly a good place to try if you are near London Ontario area. The chicken is tender and juicy and really good.

The chicken is the best I've probably ever had. Perfectly cooked. The banana pudding would be good without all the crust in the bottom. Didn't think it was a pie as it's advertised as a pudding. Really wish there was tables to eat at. Lots of room outside for it. The Mac and cheese was also very good. Portion sizes are great.

Food 5/5: Got the honey popper and the buffalo Mac fries. Both were phenomenal. Chicken was crispy and the sweetness of the honey was a nice touch.Service 4.5/5: Staff were nice. Service can be a tad slow sometimes but it’s probably because the chicken is cooked to order.Value 4/5: Good value since the proportions are quite large. Would recommend.

BTRMLK is my favorite fried chicken restaurant I have ever been to. The sandwiches and chicken are so fresh and delicious. The owners are very nice people as well. I wish they had more locations open because I travel to London just to get their food. Thank you so much! I can't wait to go back.
