Has never worked since day 1. Have called multiple times, they have never been able to resolve our issue (all channels keep freezing). Will not be renewing our IPTV subscription. Looking for a better provider

I bought IPTV box, within 10 months 3 times we have taken the box and they said giving a new box . Some reason all movies not play full or its camara print.i am tired changing boxes with these guys.and very rude .

Be careful when purchasing a iptv box they dont provide proper warranty for the device purchased from them . Check manufacturer date before buying any Linux box . Dates are old and then if any issue with device they say manufacturer date of box is old .

Friendly staff and very helpful. Service in person is pretty quick. You can ask for a variety of packages and all TV channels. Paying in cash for the annual subscription is better if you don't want to pay taxes on top of it. Parking is available right in front. The service is open until 11 p.m., 7 days a week.

Low level service provider in the planet. Even though you paid for one year still every few months your service will be blocked and message popped up your subscription expired and blocked by provider.". It happens to me three times in one year specially in the midnight. Every time I called them they told me it was not their mistake and it was a technical error. Very cheap and unprofessional service. But the staffs in the counter are very polite and friendly."

In this, the second year using them, we've only experienced one loss of service outside of storms and outages. Must say that is a great track record.Also,I was shocked to be offered a deal when I was renewing. With the big telecommunication companies, that is reserved for new customers only.Very satisfied with them and have referred them to several people.
