Uxbridge Ford

Was told I could drop off my truck after hours (they close fairly early compared to other dealerships I deal with) and leave the key in a drop box, arrived there with someone else so they could drive me back, only to find the only entrance to the dealership is closed and locked. Not to mention this was during a snow storm that we drove over. I tried calling to see if there were any pre recorded instructions on where to leave a vehicle after hours as well as checked their website and there was nothing. I’m extremely disappointed as I expected more from a Ford dealership outside the city. There wasn’t any alternate entrances either. The kicker is the Chevy dealership across the street left their lot open for anyone to drop off their car off. Was tempted just to leave it there if I’m honest. If you’re going to close your lot for security purposes, that’s fine but don’t tell customers they can drop off their vehicles after hours because you close at 5 PM. Waste of premium gas and time for both vehicles. — Update: Ended up taking the truck to Markham Ford instead. No reason for me to call to “make things right” at this point, but thanks for responding. I don’t work conventional hours to be able to call you during yours unfortunately. First impression was a deterrent enough.

We were looking to update our Ford F150 and had a great experience with Tony at Uxbridge Ford. From start to finish Tony was a great help. He did a terrific job of explaining the available trims and options. He responded very quickly whenever we had questions and was very helpful in walking us through the features of the truck we chose. I recently purchased my F150 Lightning through Uxbridge Ford. Tony Poupa is the king! His customer service skills were definitely put to the test through Ford's initial long reservation and production wait, but kept communication going and I always felt excited about the decision. Once delivery was possible things moved quickly and smoothly. Great and thorough communication (phone, email, in-person). Document signing was quick. Thorough vehicle tutorial and I drove away pleased knowing I could rely on them after the fact. 2nd Ford in the driveway now thanks to Tony!

Uxbridge Ford was great to deal with! From the first call of letting them know we were on our way to look at a truck (they had it pulled up out front and ready for us upon arrival) right to the aftercare after we purchased! They called to check in after the purchase and were great even after the purchase! Would definitely make the drive to purchase from them again!

My experience at Uxbridge Ford was first class! It was such a pleasure to deal with everyone there through the entire process. The atmosphere in the dealership is relaxed and very friendly. Jessie C. was my sales person. She was extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful from the start right through to her detailed tour of my new vehicle. I would not hesitate to see her again for any other purchases and would recommend her to anyone looking for a Ford. She clearly likes her job and is good at it! Tony from Uxbridge Ford was great to deal with! He sold me my new (used) Focus and I absolutely love it. Everyone I interacted with at this dealership where very friendly and personable and took a lot of the anxiety about buying a new car out of the situation. I would 100% recommend anyone to come here for a new car, and I will be coming back myself, though hopefully not for a little bit. I was treated amazing by the whole team, and Tony made sure my new used car was in perfect condition for me!!

Best car buying experience. Tony was very patient and didn't put any pressure on us. He kept us in the loop while we waited for the truck to show up from factory. Delivery went smoothly and he was very knowledgeable about every detail and feature the truck.
