The owner of the store is great. I have emailed a few times with questions as well as visiting to maje purchases and hes always super helpful, knowlegable and polite. Their house blends are super affordable and some of the best I've had, a personal favourite is stairway to heaven"its a blue cotton candy flavour its sweet without being overly sweet which makes it a great all day vape. Can't wait to pick up my order tomorrow and finally try the mother of dragon flavour"

If I ever move away from the area, I would still make the journey to come back to 437 Vapes to fulfill all of my needs.Any good vape shop knows that their backbone is great customer service and a catalog of great flavours. Their in-house selection alone is so full of great hits that only keep improving and expanding over the years.Whenever I need something that I don't see in their store or website, a quick phone call and the owner will have it ready for me to pick up usually within the week, which is something I know he does for other customers as well. Something you don't just see anywhere else. He is truly here to help, no matter the issue you're encountering.Phenomenal service, great product and flavouring offerings, and a robust rewards program means that this store has my loyalty until the end.

I went in there to quickly pick up a disposable vape as I was in the neighborhood. I feel I over-pay in my regular vape store & often they don't stock up on my flavour pods. 437 out of my area but I'll definately come back as the selection is great! Also the gentleman at the front was very calm, knowledgable & friendly.

Customer service is priority at 437. Always helping and taking the time to ensure everything is good with his customers. I would like to see a larger selection (in-stock) for selection purposes. But the service is by far the best you will get in the GTA deserves a 5 star rating.

I recently switched over to this vape shop , for a couple different reasons but specifically the customer service. The owner is really friendly , takes the time to talk with you and has great customer service skills.Would highly recommend!!

Best Vape shop around. The owner is very knowledgable and knows his products well. I originally visited this shop just because I was in the area, there are plenty much closer to my house. Now I travel quite a distance just to shop here. You can see I'm not the only review that travels far just to come here, so it just shows how much better this shop is. I change flavors every week, and the owner always makes excellent recommendations. I'm always happy when I leave here. There's also a rewards program for juice!The Riot Salt suggestion was perfect, thats exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

This is the best vape store, since I started using vape, Alex is one of a kind owner, very friendly and easy to talk, especially when you want to know about the device newly arrive. Even I already moved, I'm still ordering at 437 because of a good service by the owner itself.

beyond proper... variety is on point, inventory-- hit or miss. even still ... always a good recommendation in lieu of your go-to or preferred flavor.
