We used to go to Bridges for their wing night, as the prices were good and the wings very solid. They raised their prices, so we decided to try Bugsy's. Not only are the prices now cheaper, but the wings are also better. They have a great variety, and many strange new flavors to try. Definitely my new wing spot! Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the service could be just a touch better. Although not a huge deal.

The staff are friendly, witty, and helpful if you are looking for some food and drinks? This is a great place to go. They have dart games. Video games. And vlt's as well. Nice little pub. They also serve the Smitty's menu I believe. Though there may be some restrictions on certain items... the wings here are awesome! Many flavors to choose from.

I love coming here for the chicken wing deal! The flavors of sauce are all really good! There is a large selection to choose from. The garlic parm is my go-to! With creamy Greek being a close second. It's pretty small inside. But their is ample seating usually. 10/10 would tell my friends about this place.

Went for the first time recently for wings and a drink on a thursday night. Service was awesome even though it was busy, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the wings were absolutely amazing. Crispy, great size and lots of flavours to chose from.

After a very tiring afternoon of Christmas shopping at Lawson Heights Mall l decided to treat myself to a steak sandwich special for supper at Bugsy's. It was delicious and cooked to perfection...medium rare. The Ceasar Salad and fries that accompanied it were so good! The servers were very friendly and attentative. It was a very relaxing experience.

If i could put 0 star I would. We are a party of seven, servers gave us separate tables at first but then we asked to move to another table so we’re all together. Our party did the moving of one table and few chairs. We never asked the servers to do it for us. We ordered 7 different wings (70 pcs in total). And then our other friends came but they’re not the same tables as ours (we didnt plan to see each other that time). One of our friends from our table came to say hi to the other table which is like 5 feet away from us. Then the server (old lady wearing plaid) came to that table and she said to one of my friends “you guys keep moving, here’s your wings and you figure it out yourself.” After eating we’re even afraid to ask for extra drink refill because of their attitude. The server gave us the receipt when we ordered wings for round 2. When we finished, we gave cash and the old lady (wearing black cardigan) took the cash without saying anything and she rudely came back and just rudely put the change on our table. And when we left the place NOT EVEN 3 MINUTES out we forgot our left over wings, one of our friends came back to get it but the server already took it and put it on the serving tray and she literally saw my friend looking for it but she just ignored it and kept walking towards the kitchen. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK AGAIN. I dont really put reviews online but what happened today is just extremely rude. The waitress were rude to us ASIANS but I noticed they’re super friendly when it comes to whites.

We were there on a Friday night. Parking was easy to find. The smokers were right out front which I was kind of hesitant about going in. But we decided to go in and establishment was dated as you can tell. We had to seat ourselves. The waitress was very prompt to come and get our order. Bottled beers were on special. There was also a dart tournament or game going on beside us. The food was reasonably price. We had the steak sandwich. The fries were undercooked. The Caesar salad had delicious real bacon bits, and the steak sandwich was very flavourful and worth the price. the bathroom was a single stall, which was OK, it was clean. The server could have had a bit of a smile on her face. Perhaps it was busy? I couldn’t really tell, but she did not seem happy to be serving us.
