We've been coming to MOS for 6years now. Today when we arrived we waited an hour past our apt time and then found out Dr Russell is no longer working here. She's the reason we stayed at this clinic and drive so far from home. I hope this is not the new normal. For some reason we were never told and my son is 6 months past his yearly check up so we seem to have fallen in a crack. Maybe because we are still waiting to get braces for my son and my daughters are now off.

Amazing and helpful staff! First time visit yesterday with my seven-year-old and they were absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend this orthodontist more. Very friendly clinical team and an absolute pleasure to work with.

I’ve been using MOS for Invisalign since 2018 and they have been excellent through the whole process- even during delays in service COVID-19. The Staff and care professionals are so friendly and professional. I love their digital bookings and text message reminders/confirmations. My treatment was extended partially due to COVID, but also by my personal preferences, and I never felt rushed to complete it, they supported and encouraged my choice to continue until my teeth were exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

This is a busy, well-organized company that takes Covid very seriously. I was bummed that my appointment started 20 minutes late and was going to go long so I had to leave. But I got a strong feeling that this is a good practice that does excellent work. So I will be back.

This was my first experience with orthodontic services. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The smooth efficiency of the whole team made the experience easy. Information on treatment and the cost of the whole treatment was easy to understand and explained very clearly. I highly recommend Metro Orthodontic Specialists for anyone needing such services.

I've had three kids go to the orthodontists here for three different sets of wonky problems. Now they all have beautiful smiles, but more importantly, won't have jaw issues or lost teeth from overcrowding. The front staff is incredibly helpful and patient and the billing is clear from the get-go. These folks are great.

Both my sons have had braces and were really well taken care of by Dr Russell and her team. Dr Russell advised us of the best course of action (and choices we had) when my older son needed oral surgery to realign his jaw. She worked with Dr Doucet at VGA Halifax and we are very happy of the results! Thank you Dr Russell (and your whole team!)

Staff is bright, cheerful and super professional. They really strive to not only do all the things that a happy smile require (not all of them fun) while treating the patient like a human being and taking their thoughts into consideration as well. I love the folks here.
