Brought in my sons prescription. Graham was amazing. Explained everything about the care of the glasses and how they would correct his vision. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I had an emergency where I broke my glasses with which I need to drive. I came in at 3pm and he gave me an extensive eye exam and helped me pick out frames. He had my glasses ready by the end of the day. With frames, lenses, and an eye exam it was an amazing price. Graham is great at what he does and is happy to help. Overall wonderful experience and I will definitely be back for my next eye care needs.

Horrible experience with this man..I was from out of town and needed glasses so I took my doctor's prescription in. He told me doctors prescription was wrong and made lenses according to what he thought was right..I thought maybe my eyesight had changed and believed him. Then back at home my doctor confirmed lenses Graham made were not right...I call G and he said send them in and then denied he changed prescription. In the meantime the stem had broken ..just snapped..he accused me of stepping on them which was not true...for the price I paid they should not have been so flimsy. The thing that bothered me the most however was during our verbal interaction over phone he constantly spoke over me..would not listen to anything I had to say...and then hung up on me...very unproffessional and quite frankly does not know what he is doing.
