Dollar Tree

Went in during nurses week to buy Lifesavers Candy for our Lifesavers!! The manager was leaving for day. She stopped what she was doing, put down her purse and keys and helped me box up 80 packets of candy and was able to charge me within my budget. Thankyou!

Things are cheap but staff is quite rude. Prices are better than other dollar stores but it's quite messy and there are boxes and stuff all over the floor. Usually there are only 1-2 people on the tills (which they have 5 or 6 of) making the lines ridiculously long. The employees are not very helpful and often quite abrupt

Has a lot of great stuff very affordableFor a bunch of basic needs

I am in love with all the Dollar Tree DIY's videos on YouTube. So worth to come and take a look of what they have some items are $1.50 now but the rest still $1.25.

Id give a higher score if your manager would have two cashiers on when its busy.I went in to get a few items and there were 6 people before me waiting in line.Not fair for us and the cashier.

Update 2021 May Still a very helpful staff great prices great service This is a good place to grab bargains has some name brand products especially in The Food Aisle at $1.25 Staff friendly Helpful

I asked an employee that was restocking shelves where I could find an item. I got the “I don’t know, I’m new here”. Ok then I’ll find it myself.

I bought a calculator and it did not work so I tried to return it or lookkm exchange it. The cashier named RICHARD said that it is their company policy not to accept any opened packages. How could I have checked it without opening the package? I am happy that your store is cheap but you should replace items that are broken. RICHARD even said he knows the store policy sucks!I also brought in a receipt where my box of foil was scanned twice. According to RICHARD, he remembers the transaction and thought that he heard the beep twice but was not sure if he scanned it twice. His eyes were on the register screen all the time so how could he have missed it? And if he heard the beep twice, why didn't he check it? Customers, BEWARE! I believe this was done on purpose!

The girl who helped me tonight should not be on cash, she couldn't figure out the bill. My bill was $15.20, I gave her $20.20 and she gave me back $4.90. I said I gave you two dime's for a $5 back. She said, look at the receipt. I've never met anybody that slow before.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I shop at dollar tree or better at dollarama. Anyways I popped into dollar tree at eagle landing in chilliwack to buy a couple things. Sometimes long lineups so I was happy to see two cashiers working. I took the line on the right cause it was a bit shorter. While I was waiting two more customers got in line on till 1. I was at till 2. That's when the cashier said she was closing after she helped the customer in front of me. I had been standing in her lineup for a few minutes. In that time the lineup at till 1 was long. The cashier should have said she was closing the second I got into line and not after I waited for a few minutes. Very POOR cashier manners. I am thinking about emailing dollar tree customer service about their employees.
