Is it a prerequisite to be a rude middle aged woman to work at the customer service desk? Every time I have an issue, they act like they are doing me a big favour, except for the giy - he is great. The women are so miserable, perhaps jealous, I now will never go to customer service unless a guy is working!

Tsawwassen store is so subpar for some reasonI don't understand it . Produce seems second rate , poor selection of meats , bakery is awesome , deli is good and well stocked, pharmacyis good . Very disappointed that they took out express check out and installed self check outs ! I will leave a cart full of food before i use them . I don't work there . Save on already treats new employees terrible as is . All part time employees so little or no benefits. Now they want me to do my own checkout ! No thanks . Go to Save On in ladner and see the difference in quality and availability. Night and day . I use Tsawwassen because its a block away and use the pharmacy.

I went there to buy seafood. One of the staff from the meat counter said the seafood person called in sick and said he would call for help. I waited for 30 minutes while he just walked around. Two other employees stood around at the next counter and also didn't bother to help me. Shame on you for not training your employees in proper etiquette or hiring competent people.

Please pass along my gratitude to the Manager of the Meat Dept. He went out of his way to assist me in locating a product that isn't carried at my local Winnipeg store. I have been trying for 18 months now to request this particular item locally, and the Manager I spoke with today at your location has been the only person to help me. Unfortunately our local store is still unwilling to carry the product, but the supplier is happy to ship directly to me. I'm thrilled!

I've been going to the Ladner Save-on-Foods, and I was superised to see how everybody friendly everybody there is! Especially with the young Deli clerk by the name of Joshua. He's always smiling and so polite. It's great to see that. He's not always there as he only works part-time, but when he is there, he always makes my day just a little better.

I've shopped here for at least 35 years, since they were called Overwaitea. They are okay and their pharmacy saves me money compared to London Drugs. You must sign up for their discount card to get the best grocery prices, though.

Asked if produce could check for new mushrooms as they had only a few left that looked like they had seen better days! The woman helping me seemed annoyed when I asked if she could check the back! It was 11:30 am on a Friday! She looked like she didn’t bother to even check! So I went to there lotto kiosk after! Man talk about the rudest person selling lotto tickets! I say good morning thankyou and have a nice day and she looks at me like she can’t stand to sell me a ticket! Bottom line! I avoid Save on at all cost! But my wife gets her Oat milk there! I Told my wife to look for it somewhere else! Do better Save on! And have a word with the lotto centre! There in your store after all ! Oh by the way I went to freshco for the mushrooms! Lots of them and they looked liked they were just picked! I know we’re I’m going for my Produce!
