This shop is the best! Simon and team are super friendly and knowledgeable. We’re so happy to have this store in the neighbourhood.My cat had a UTI and was treated at her veterinary clinic. Even after treatment she looked pale, was lethargic and was having frequent accidents. After repeat visits and nothing found, we were running out of options.Simon was such a great advocate for her. My husband and I walked in, explained her situation and he gave us a number of solutions to try. After switching her to a high quality urinary food and soft litter she is like a whole new cat. She’s energetic, happy and having no more accidents. We are so grateful to Simon and will be shopping here from now on.

Amazing experience!Bought raw freeze dried food for my kitty. The owner and workers are so helpful. Literally spent half hour with me talking about what to buy and how to raise the kitty. Endless options here. Highly recommend

The owner , Simon, is a stand up, charismatic guy who loves animals (and humans too) ! Very customer centric, he does everything that is necessary to make the shopping experience for your beloved pet a great one. Happy to see this establishment in Tecumseh !

Well, It's about time. We finally have a pet store I actually want to shop at and support. My first experience in the store was amazing and each experience after is just the same.
