I have had so many wonderful interactions with this business. They are quick to respond toBronte my pleas for help with different projects. My orders are filled and delivered quickly. Curbside pickup is easy. I am looking forward to being able to browse in their charming store in beautiful downtown Bronte.

My favorite yarn store!! So many nice choices and colors! Majority of staff are warm, sweet, and very helpful if you have questions on your knitting. I love the small cozy space that they recently moved to.

Not satisfied with their current return and exchange policy. Staff was inconsistent about exchanging an expensive gift I received. Will buy the same items at a store with a better return and customer service.

I love the yarns (beautiful but a little pricy) but have had mixed experience with the service. The first time the staff was very helpful, the next time a younger girl was unhelpful and quite rude to my friend that I had brought to show the store this made my friend not want to shop there.

My wife is the knitter in the household.She gives this place a five-star rating.As the husband of a knitter, this place has a couple comfortable chairs to relax in. Bring a book. There's lots of things for the knitter to peruse, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Poor return policy. Accidentally purchased the wrong set of knitting needles and was not able to exchange for the correct set despite speaking to Abby over the phone, saying the product was opened, and then driving 2 hours to exchange it. Disappointed with the customer service and recommend shopping elsewhere.
