Booked a time slot, ended up having to come back later due to the first customer of the day being very late (not within their control but still aggravating) and it cost me nearly $300 to get my taxes done. would certainly say this is a last minute resort type of place.

After a few days of frustration and trying to deal with the CRA website I went to H & R Block.I met with Alexandra and she greeted me with a smile and took care of everything,She explained everything in a calm friendly manner.Thank you Alexandra, you were amazing!H & R Block is very lucky to have you :)

Syed Naqvi is patient, professional and courteous! Recommend going to see him for all tax purposes, he goes above and beyond, my family and I have been going to him for years! He’s the best :)

Had an appointment for 4PM. I showed up at 3.55 and waited until 4.15 when the advisor finally shows up and says he’s gonna be a further 15 minutes late. Totally hate the behaviour of the staff. No regards for customer’s commitments. Never recommending H&R again.

It’s a great location with lots of parking spaces available. I’ve been going there for the past 10 years. Everyone I have seen at this H&R Block has always been very nice.My tax expert (Kristen) was friendly, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. She kindly answered all of my questions and also took the time to give me some helpful tips for the future. It is clear to me that she genuinely cares. Filing my personal income tax was a pleasant experience.
