They are like a weres Waldo book.Never were u called it to be.I asked for the travelodge on riverside .They called me angry from the airport and refused to take my calls after.Timmins Taxis co. For the win.

Left cell phone in Cab yesterday. Trying to get them today no answer. Then some guy with weird name calls me? I told him the situation, he finally said do you want a cab? I said did you not hear what I just told you? He said I am a driver and hung up on me? Very rude.

Never answers the phoneThey rarely show upService is lazy and rudeI love my driver always on the phone and refusing to get off their a@# to help. Also very Uncomfortable when they have a friend in the passenger seat.And make sure you dont drink cause they will try and rip you off and over charge thinking your to intoxicated to notice.

This was the worst service I've ever had I dropped my wallet in the car and called them immediately so they can return it to me but they would not. I am never using this company again. Thieves! Look out for a black Ford Edge. He drives below the speed limit to get more money from you.

We called Vets taxi at 2pm for a pick up at 2:30 on Dec 31, to go to the airport to catch a flight.At 2:25, the driver called and said he picked up an extra fair and would be 10-15 late!!! We live on Mahoney, so a good 10 min from downtown. Of course we could not wait in case we missed our check-in time which was 3pm. It’s takes a good 20 min to get there from our house!!!Just terrible!!!

Very shady business practices that their cab drivers employ. I'd prefer to take my business elsewhere or just get a car to avoid them entirely.

The service is pathetic cab drivers accept the booking and will not show up. The booking Freezes and the customer cannot even book another cab for a long period of time

Don’t book cab no 33 he is cheater because he picked me up twice and turned on the meter before picked me up.I asked the name his name was simranSeriously cheater man and he charged higher as i have not expected .So be careful and avoid to book 33 cab seriously which save your money.

Very shady unprofessional driver, I believe he was #71 or 79. He was having inappropriate phone conversations in Punjabi thinking I couldn't understand, which made me feel uncomfortable. Have some decency please.

Driver purposely drove past our hotel and acted like he had no clue by the time he turned around and dropped us off it was around 4 dollars more than it would have been. The company has gone very bad recently, 5-10 years ago it wasn’t even close to we bad as it is now.
