One of the best five service experiences I have ever received out of any business. They earned this rating for impressing me with how they prioritized and took care of my needs as a customer, and despite how busy they are, they made me feel like they were doing everything they could. That's certainly above and beyond, to the point where I actually would have paid them more than the cost of the job to repair my window, because they truly earned my admiration, respect, and did an excellent job. Cody and Joel have transparent communication and I can tell that they are interested in making authentic connections. They did everything they could possibly do to enhance my experience and give me the value of what they needed to charge. I called Coastline for a windshield on my semi truck. They were able to track down a new windshield quickly. The company owner Cody came out to my job site on a Saturday to remove the broken windshield and install the new one. I was able to catch the ferry and delivered my shipment on time.Great service, I highly recommend Cody at Coastline Glass.

Cody responded promptly to my phone call and set up a visit the same day. I arrived mid-afternoon. He accepted my van for chip repair right away despite being close to the end of the workday. The repair took under half an hour for two chips. Paperwork was also effortless.The owner is very down to earth and he has extensive experience in auto glass. Based on my experience I wholeheartedly recommend this local business to anyone looking for a quick and easy glass repair.

I called in yesterday for a windshield replacement for a work vehicle. Coastline had our glass by today and finished the installation by this afternoon.
