Heritage Septic & Wastewater

We just moved to Manitoba from a warmer province and very unfamiliar with septic systems. Truck showed up and did not knock on the door to say he couldn't reach the tank with his hose. Just left. We had cleared a path to the septic system but they really should have told us that they needed the entire driveway cleaned. Basically said they can't come have commercial jobs and to find someone else. Very disappointed in the customer service. They really should indicate what they need with the type of equipment they have.

A very friendly guy answered the phone after hours and was very knowledgeable knowlegible on giving me all information and pricing accordingly, I would recommend doing business with someone like this, does not cut corners and does a proper job, he makes it very clear that he uses quality products and quality techniques to provide a long lasting product. He is very detailed on everything he explained from the process to the products

We have been using Heritage Septic for the last few years for our septic and holding tank pumping needs.Chad and Angela have both been very courteous on the phone. Chad has given us suggestions on how we can extend the life of our system and optimize its use through the installation of filters as well as properly scheduled pumping and cleaning.We have used other companies in the past who have never been so thorough. We are very satisfied and will continue to use their services.

Absolutely amazing company. Prompt and fast to respond and come to the residence. Chad took the extra time to explain to me all the working functions of the Septic tank and field as I was new in the area and was my first home. Even after asking what maintenance he recommended or what needed to be done, he informed meOf a few tips and tricks and gave me step by step instructions on how it’s done. Instead of charging me over and beyond and making up things to charge me extra. Customer for life because of the clean, amazing and honest service!

Had Heritage septic come out to pump out my septic field tank, operator was very good at his job and we are very happy with them. Had other company’s over the years and will be using Heritage for a long time. Thanks for great service ! Harry …Bluegrass

We were having a lot of issues with our septic tank, we had to clean the filter every 2 weeks. We made a call to Heritage Septic. The owner himself came. He took the time to explain everything and cleaned the tank thoroughly. While he was cleaning the tank our neighbor came over and asked if he could do their tank too. Our neighbor was having the same issues as we both were using the same company.Its been almost a year since Heritage cleaned our tank and we cleaned thefilter twice and it was barely dirty. We are extremely happy with their service and will not go with any other company. We would give Heritage a 10 plus out of 10 and definitely recommend Heritage Septic to others!

They answered on the first call on Wednesday and had me scheduled in Friday morning as that was the earliest time available, my tank was over full but I hadnt found the issue yet. When I found my pump had died, they were already calling me back because I had mentioned a smell in the house earlier and they wanted to help me solve the issue. When I mentioned my pump was dead they rescheduled me to first thing Thursday morning so I could complete the repairs asap. Awesome service in my opinion, caring and honest people. 10/10 would recommend their service for your septic needs

TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! Both receptionist and driver are the friendliest people you will meet. Not only did he pump my tank, he dumped the liquids back in to really rinse the slugde from the bottom of the tank twice before finally sucking it empty. He took his time to explain what he was doing, and shared alot of knowledge with me. Without a doubt I will be using Heritage Septic for now on!

They came out last year to clean my septic tank. The technician did not completely clean out the solid part of the tank. I called the company and they claimed that he cleaned as much he could but I knew from my experience from other companies who empty everything. During the conversation with the company, I was accused of using the tank and causing the amount that was left. I told her no one had been home so it was not from use. She said someone could come and check in the next couple of days but by then we would've been using it and it would be difficult to tell.I phoned them this year by mistake and had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I got the call to give me a 5 hour window of time for the appointment which I said was a challenge to keep open. Then she called me back to let me know they remembered me from last year complaining about the incomplete job that her husband is doing a good job and he's proud of his job and they're not going to come out to empty my tank.I do not recommend using this company as they don't care about costumers and doing a good job. I won't contact them for work again.

We’ve had Heritage clean our septic tank for the last couple of years. We have an extra large tank and its a longer distance from where the truck can park, so an extended length of hose is needed... Chad jumped right in and took care of everything. Very pro and accommodating. Highly recommend.
