I had a great experience last summer when I placed an order for metal bed online to pick up in store and their friendly staff helped me in loading it in my car.

Love this jysk location!! They never failed me! Great stuff, especially the manager that helped us in finding our office desk, they also have good quality home decors, beddings,etc!!! Small but very great with their selections ! I love their variety for towels,bedsheets and backyard things!

Nice selection, and astoundingly good customer service!I went here looking for a new office chair. They had a good selection to choose from, and I found one I liked. I made a note of it and then checked some other stores in the following week.I ended up coming back for the chair, and to my pleasant surprise it had been put on sale! -which made my decision really easy.It was about a week before I opened it up, and I found that there was a piece with a couple of cracks. I phoned JYSK and spoke to Amelia. Amelia was able to determine that the cracked pieces were just cosmetic, but offered to replace them anyway. Since they were only cosmetic, I decided not to bother going back.When I assembled the chair I noticed that the back was crooked. I double-checked that I had correctly followed the assembly instructions (which were very simple), and couldn't find any way to solve the issue. I phoned the store and spoke with Amelia again, and she offered to replace the chair and give store credit, or to come deliver a new one to me and exchange it for the crooked one.As I lack my own vehicle, I jumped at this offer. I made arrangements with Amelia for a time when I would be home to receive the new chair. Amelia built and delivered the chair to my home, with the assistance of another employee; Alex.They were both incredibly kind, and JYSK treated me extremely well throughout this entire process.I don't think I've ever had a better customer service experience in my life.

I would like to commend Jysk for having chosen exceptional staff on their team like Amelia! She recently helped us with a purchase and was tremendous in her service, care and product knowledge throughout our purchase journey. She even helped us load the product in our vehicle! Keep up the great work Amelia, your service definitely made happy customers !

The staff are great and the store manager Ann Marie, I think, is fantastic and super nice. Great selection of furniture items. It would be great if prices were bit lower, but what can you do? It is 2022 after all.

I really appreciate Anne Marie for her help in returning the damaged product which I bought two months ago and giving me the refund while I did not have the purchase receipt with me. Very helpful and supportive.

It's one of my favorite stores, great deals and selection.
