I purchased my car from Kawartha Kars in October 2018. North Country did the initial service on the car and the safety. They did a fantastic job. Fast forward to May, I've been back to get some regular work, as well as get my A/C fixed. Fantastic customer service, great prices (they really work hard to get the most affordable parts possible) and quality work. I will continue taking my car here with confidence. Karen is a pleasure to deal with.

Clean well appointed Used Vehicle Dealership. Appears to stock mostly2 to 3 year old vehicles.Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to assist you with your purchase.

A really good experience buying a vehicle here. The sales people were great to deal with, friendly, open , knowledgeable and efficient. When I picked up my car it had been detailed beautifully, as clean as when it came off the factory floor years ago. I've never purchased a vehicle from North Country Auto Sales, but I've been a customer for the past seven years whenever I need work done to my cars., like my Porshe and Trans Am. The service is second to none, extremely courteous, great mechanics and reliable work. Karen, who manages the service department is excellent to deal with. We recently purchased a 2018 Ram from North Country Auto Sales. Tracy was great to deal with and made the entire process a enjoyable experience. The transaction was quick, easy, and they were reasonable when negotiating.We ran into a few mechanical issues with the truck right after the purchase, but with one phone call to Tracy, everything was taken care of. The truck is now fixed and runs flawlessly at no extra cost to us. Had a fantastic purchase experience at North Country, which was really pleasing after a less than stellar experience in the area. North Country has solid inventory, fair pricing, and a professional crew. Rob is fantastic: friendly and genuinely interested, very accommodating, not pushy or manipulative in the least. He helped tackle one issue after another. From the financing to the detailing, even dropping off a set of tires at my house to save me a trip, Rob made our purchase process smooth and pleasant. OMG! What a great car dealership to work with! After purchasing a new truck I had an issue 5 minutes after I left their dealership. Terry and Tracy went out of their way to fix the problem as soon as possible and were very apologetic. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this shop.
