Great overall experience at Pizza Hut Westboro. Staff was extremely professional and friendly, and food was delicious. Been here multiple times, and would definitely have no qualms about recommending this location to others- thank you!

Great for take out. Their pan pizza is the best one. They also make delicious stuffed crust pizza. Not a great place to dine-in honestly.

Woman answering the phone is a liar. Also their daily specials discriminate against people with food sensitivities. Placed my order then immediately called to ask for an ingredient to be omitted because I cannot omit it online and was told the pizza was already in the oven 3 minutes ago. I hadn’t even ordered the pizza a minute ago so how is that possible?!

Some really big shame that they say they opened at 11:00 but when I showed up at 12:00 till 12:15 the store was still locked. You could see on the TV two orders but no employees head office as they'll call me back. Haven't received that yet either. How many complaints can they actually get?

We got the triplet treat box, as we had gotten the same box from other locations. We had found our pizza was a higher quality than the other locations and the stuffed crust was very tasty, was stringy when I pulled the slice from the pizza (which usually doesn't usually happen because it gets cold by then).When I received the box, it smelt like melted butter so I knew it would be yummy.

I love pizza hut's dough, when comparing to other pizza chains. I purchased an large pizza which has 12 small slices. They were okay with the topping, which it has more cheese.

I had a decent experience at Pizza Hut Ottawa. The service was friendly and attentive, however, the pizza was a bit underwhelming. I would say it was good overall but not great. I'd give it 3 stars.

We had ordered a meal for our staff when we encountered an issue with Uber Eats. One of those cases where you should have just ordered directly through the restaurant. Thank you so much for accommodating us! Our meal was hot and delicious! Our staff loved it. Will be back!
