Terrible customer service. You will never have anyone come up and ask you if you need help. Staff always seem miserable. If you need to take an expensive item back for warranty to get replaced due to factory malfunction they will treat you like garbage and fight until the end regardless of the guidelines they have to follow as a business.

Don’t go here for tool repair. Staff is uneducated. Took our tools there a couple times and they never fix the problem.I recommend Foreshore and in Abbotsford. Fixed our problem first try in 20 min. Worth the drive to have it done right.

Great place. Staff are there to help you. The only place to get chain saws , out boards, lawn mowers, marine supplies, work gear. Been dealing with them for 25 years. They are AWESOME!
