Do not use your credit card at the self serve car wash. Got charged two separate transactions in the same day when only actually using it once. One was for $3.25 which was me, a second for $9.95 which was not ne. Clearly some shady, sketchy stuff going on. Had to block my card. This business is untrustworthy.

I live in Owen sound. I use this car wash at least once a month and it never washes the center of my pickup truck there 2 more in town that work way better save your money

Went Friday May 19 and today May 23.....spray for tires didn't work and left bottom of my SUV and tires dirty!! And I did the most expensive wash!! :(

Took my vehicle to the self-wash. Equipment was fine but had an issue with the credit card payment - was overcharged. Talked to the owner Jerry. Real stand-up guy. Went over and above to address my issue. Appreciated that. Honest small business. Would suggest using the coins instead of credit card. This is probably one of only two places in Owen Sound for self car wash and so a really helpful service for people living in and around Owen Sound.

For a company that steals from your credit card should be reported, but all I can do is give it one star.I advise you if you're going to use this don't use your credit card use change.(Update) I gave it 2 more stars since they refunded back my money. Thanks ☺️

Went to use the touchless wash and the wash bar smacked my car and vancelled the wash. Tried contacted the owner for a refund but they mever pick up or vall back when I leave a message.

This is the best car wash around. Especially if you like to do it yourself. Always clean. And. Always has the make change machine working!

Not a very good car wash. Our car still came out of there dirty. But if your looking for something quick and cheap and your car isn't very dirty at all then it's ok

Iwas charged 36.95 for a car wash and disputing it. I guess I should of read the reviews don't use your credit card here
