I took two pair of cowboy boots in. One pair iv had for 16 years and there isn't much leather left to stitch to after they had been resoled so many times. Another shop actually refused to do the work on them because they were so bad.One pair was just a year old and needed new heels. The really old pair came back looking brand new. They even found a hole in the back of the boot that had been there for years and repaired it no extra charge.Extremely impressed with the customer service an the craftsmanship. Hard to find these days.Thanks again guys

Wow, that was my third pair of boots (this time my western boots) for repair at his place. He did a fantastic job repairing the heel and he cleaned and polished my boots - they now look brand-new. On top of it - I like his very friendly service. I will be back for sure.

Took a pair of leather shoes in to get the heel fixed on one and insoles reglued. Picked them up and they were perfectly done. They also took the time to polish them up.Very professional, friendly service. Will definitely use them again. They also have a large assortment of sandals and shoes.

Wanted some dress shoes resoled & cleaned up for an upcoming important event. Shoes were not in dire need of a resole and the employee made absolutely sure I was aware there was still quite a bit of life left in the soles before accepting my money.Got a call a few days later (as they were starting work) to reconfirm the work order as well as the date the shoes would be ready for pickup. Those shoes now look new, couldn't be happier
