Bill and his wife was very helpful when I went in to get my Kenmore canister vacuum repaired. Bill was knowledgeable about vacuums. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a vacuum repaired at a reasonable price and also if you are looking for a decent used vacuum. Thanks guys my vacuum is back in action.

Had to fix a vacuum belt. We bought the right belt but couldn't get it on. Bill showed excellent customer service and fixed our vacuum in minutes. The belts here are cheaper than buying online and the service price was excellent. If a vacuum needs fixing come here before trying to fix it yourself.

Great service and great prices. I drove from Burlington to get the power head of my in-house Beam/Electralux fixed. Glad I did. His price was great and he had the part in stock. It is a pleasure to deal with a tradesman who takes such pride is his work.

Amazing Vacuum service. Brought in my Dyson for a motor change and overhaul.Smelled amazing afterwards and service was exceptional. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.

My father took our vacuum head to this place after a recommendation. Our vacuum head was not working and we went to another place and they said it would be $300 to replace the entire head. My father simply went to this wonderful place and they are very honest people in my father's on words. They troubleshooted it and found it was simply just a fuse and replaced it for free. I would trust these guys with my life as I would trust them with my vacuum. Trust me they could have easily taken advantage of my poor father. They have a customer for life

I had an excellent experience! A repair for under $20 rather than a $350 replacement. I'm very relieved. The only negative feedback I have is that they placed one of their business stickers rather prominently on my vacuum. I am not too happy about that. If it was a decal that could be easily peeled off that would be fine. Just a heads up for any new customers who may want to ask them not to.

Started coming here years ago B/c I like to support small shops. Started by buying belts and bags. Personal service is a strong point here. Unlike the big merchandise places.I had an electrical issue with an upright machine I couldn't repair myself. Owner replaced a defective cord AND switched out the incorrect belt. Now I have full use of this vacuum instead of spending three figures for a new one. Many thanks for your help!
