Working as a caregiver can be a difficult job. But with HomeInstead it doesn’t feel that way, thanks to the welcoming and helpful staff who are always there to support me and and guide me through each of the way

I am more than happy being part of the team as a care professional in this home instead branch, everyone treats me away with so much kindness in the office; It is a great place to work, great people to work with no dought; In two months It will be a year that I have been working for them and it has been one of the greatest experience in my life.

I love working at Home Instead, as I feel supported and appreciated for my contributions. Management has personally shown appreciation for my work.I feel supported with great technological tools and 24/7 telephone support means I always have assistance should I require it. In addition, our gatherings are fun and I truly feel valued.

First, with Home Instead I can do what I ❤️ to do and that is to care and serve the senior community. It is a great venue to serve people who need assistance on their daily routines or for respite of hard working private caregivers or families . It has became an instrument to serve interesting clients with interesting homes/views. I have learned diverse stories about Canada, families, history, culture, etc. It gave me the chance to explore the beautiful places of West and North Vancouver. Secondly, what I ❤️ about working with Home Instead is that, the owner and staff are kind, approachable, and generous. They take care of their staff and make them felt loved and special through gatherings and the gifts that we receive on our working anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas and so on. Lots of things to ❤️about Home Instead and these are just a few of them. More power, Home Instead West/North Van.

I love about working at Home Instead because our clients are wonderful. The Office team are very attentive and caring to Care Professionals. I get the help I need whenever I reach out to them or the on-call. I have the joy in doing the job to help our clients and I feel very happy with the good comments from them.

Stressful, staff changing a lot no one will stay because management not supportive and helpful work for more than a year it's becoming more stressful most supervisor quit because very stressful and difficult job.Now employees will deal everything and compay just collecting money from client and pay very less to job you dealing with. Not recommending company.
