I actually really like the one things I get here at this Thai Express: the vegan spicy fried rice. It's not always equally good as the time before (hence 4 instead of 5 stars) but it's always made fresh in front of you in a fiery wok with good ingredients.

Really good! It is a fast food restaurant so you cant expect much but the soup is my favorite!! I always order it via Uber (with special instructions) and it always arrives piping hot and exactly how I order it!

Usually the service here is good, but tonight customer service was horrible. Both staff members were practically impossible to speak to, the cassier could not even explain to me what the “Thai soup” on the menu consisted of. So I gave up on that choice and went with the simplest thing on the menu, general Thai. Well low and behold they managed to screw that up too... asked for no vegetables just onions. When I said I had asked for just onions, THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO CHANGE IT FOR ME, the cassier just stood there saying I never asked for any specifications. Mind boggling that these people work in this industry when they cannot communicate with customers.

It's the first time that I ordered a fried noodles here. It's very tasty and very lovely package. I really want to give you 5 stars. But there's one thing that I hope you can do better next time. there are some noodles were stick together, so it became kinds of hard to chew and not tasty on it. But I will order again next time, hoping won't happen this again.

Food was great and employees were kind and friendly!! The pad thai and basil fried rice (both were veggie) were extremely tasty - each one of us had a different fav. Cute and convenient to-go boxes.

I went to the nearest location to my home and asked the employees for a #6 (tofu, veggies and rice) and asked about the vegan sauce option. The clerks tried to be helpful but had a very difficult time communicating in both French and English and told me there were no vegan/vegetarian sauces without fish sauce in them and proceeded to make me sauteed veggies with packs of soy sauce. To say the least, it wasn't very good. Also, the menu just behind them indicated that they had a vegan option available (Option végétalienne' was indicated') Basically

We order some Pad thaie and general thaie. The doordasher never deliver our order and both doordash and thaie express didn't do anything too resend or rembourse our order. I'll never order there again....

Best Pad Thai, but recently the sauce tastes too fishy and I couldn't finish it. Gave it a second shot and still too fishy. Bummer :(Edit : Unfortunately, it still tastes too fishy/salty, won't come back for a while :(Edit 2 : They changed cook and every time I come it’s back to being the best now. Recommend going during the weekend
