The Langley branch is always the best. Surrey is often closed when they are supposed to be open, which is not reliable to customers. The lady at Langley is alway smiling and knowledgeable

We’ve been shipping with Chit Chats since they first opened in BC. The Langley Chit Chats is by far our favourite! We always know that our packages are well taken care of. Vicki is the best!!

Chitchats Langley is AMAZING! The staff is friendly, so helpful, knowledgeable and the pricing is fabulous. The office is clean and efficient and I love how convenient the location is. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I use a few different courier options but chit chats Langley is my favourite spot. The customer service is beyond amazing. The whole process is super easy to use and the price reduction on Canada Post packages is fantastic.

First class and 5 star service, that's all I ever get. Very pleased with Chit Chats. Vicki at the Langley branch knows all, she has helped me when I needed some tech support for my labels. She had the right people reach out to me. I highly recommend Chit Chats, oh yes...and the rates are good and the website is simple to navigate!

Such a bad service. One of my friends went there today 11/22 to pickup my package with the shipment number. They told the first guy to come after 10:30am to pickup the package and when second time my friend went there the staff was not ready to listen to him. They were simply refusing that there is nothing to pickup. Then my friend somehow convinced them to check the shipment number in system then the lady said oooo we have this package. Will never use this service again. Too bad.

This location has been great for shipping orders out for my company! Theres affordable rates, easy platform to work with, and best of all is the customer service in the office. She is so helpful and joyful every time I ship (atleast twice a week). Thanks so much for an easier way for shipping for companies!

I owe everything to chitchats; without them, my small business would not be what it is today!
