Good variety of goods at a reasonable price though l don't see the need for a professional or student card. It's a loss in business

Picked some new shears up from here and had a great experience! I was helped by Sarah and she was super helpful and friendly. She really took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me recommendations on who to get my shears sharpened by. Highly recommend!

I had a big order and Candace wheeled it out to my car and would not let me lift a box! Great service!

Everything I ever need. If it's not there, they'll inquire further for you. If you forget your membership, they used to be brutal about it, but nowadays they just ask for photo ID and just make it happen! This seems expected, but since there were years of No card

Alot of the ladies working at this location are rude. They aren't great with customers and are not willing to help find a product or answer simple questions. All you get are judgemental looks thrown your way along with rude remarks lol. I'd go to kingdom or order online. And FYI I'm not the only one who has had bad experiences at this particular location. Seems to be an ongoing trend at this store as I know two other people who left from here with a bad taste in their mouths. Atleast their products are always good I guess? Though that doesn't really have much to do with the people working here. Besides that its a convenient location near an Easypark garage and a coffee shop nearby so go figure!

I have been going to this location for almost 10 yrs, and never have issues. People that complain that they can't get memberships because they dont have their diploma or whatever uneducated issues they have, this is their policy and its a policy for a reason, so randoms can't just walk in and buy whatever they want whenever they want. I paid a lot of money for this education and to be able to shop at whole salers. Figure it out people.

Awefull and disrespectfull costumer service experience! I am a regular costumer for the last few years and they sold me a limitted edtion & perhaps an expired live in conditioner (which they had at it in their atorage , not even on the shelf anymore when I bought it). After trying It for couple of times on clients hair, I noticed It was like glue and extremely sticky on clients hair! I coudn't find my receipt and after taking by back to the store to replace it or get a refund...staff weren't helpful at all and the tall lady behaved selfishly and disrecpectfull! I had to go back and meet the store manage to solve the issue..but unfortunately she(store manager) didn't understand and wasn't helpful nither. The only thing she did was to offer me %20 discount to get another one(istead of replacement) but I had to buy it the same time(that day)! I asked her if I could get a store voucher for a future purchase which was rejected!Finally I left the expired conditioner at their store and left with empty hands!!!

The customer service assistance was not friendly. The manager of this store in Downtown Vancouver was totally rude and impolite person.I’ve never received terrible and unkind assistance in the beauty industry. Because of help assistance such as this way, many companies have lost a lot of customers.Unfortunately, I had to go there in person because I couldn’t do my professional registration by website, and she told me that I am not able to do my professional registration even though I have a certificate from College (Hairstylist Course). In Addition, besides the boorish behaviour , she passed me the incorrect information because I entered into contact with cosmoprof CA by phone, and I am able to do it as a professional.Now,  I have my cosmoprof number approved , and I won’t ever go to this address again. I won't recommend this place to anybody.  NEVER.
