Was given the wrong smoothie two days in a row only reason I'm giving a 2-star rating is because they gave me the right one when I came back. I would have liked to have gotten a little more compensation, especially on the second time around. I was also the only customer in there both times.

Smoothie tasted like water. Poor flavour. Barley tasted the banana when it is the primary ingredient. Not the most friendly either. This has been similar experience before.

THEY PUT ICE IN THEIR SMOOTHIESBOYCOTT ASAP!! I ASKED BECAUSE IT TASTED LIKE WATER!DISGUSTING! GO TO THE YELLOW DELI FOR REAL FRUIT SMOOTHIES.I TASTE ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR AS WELL. ACTUAL GARBAGE OF SMOOTHIES.

Terrible customer service. I came into the store with a couple ahead of me and waited for them to order before approaching the register. The I spent a solid 10 minutes staring at them and nobody even glanced up to acknowledge me or let me know it would be a few minutes before they would take my order. There were 3 people behind the counter and everyone avoided eye contact. I got my order a few minutes later but it tasted off, however the store then got full of people and it would be more a hassle to make a complaint than to leave and take my future business elsewhere. Maybe it's lack of training or poor management, or a combination both? No excuses to let a customer stand there for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. I do not recommend giving this location your business.

i went in there at 9:30 , i apologized for coming late but that was my lunch hour lady working there was super rude and told me the grill is off and can't heat up the wrap for me ? like seriously ? didn't they close at 10pm ? How come the grill is off by 9:30? management should see into it.

Showed up at around 9:48pm on Monday night as we desperately wanted smoothies after the gym and so we rushed to be able to get there in time, and we show up and the doors are locked and open sign is off. We could even see a girl still sweeping inside. I get that closing is coming soon and you want to get home but if you have certain hours you are expected to be open those hours. Many jobs like this have your time slot booked for after closing to allow for cleaning time anyways so I was very unhappy by this.
