I had a wonderful experience getting my eyes checked and shopping for new glasses. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they seemed genuinely behind their products. The optometrist was great, and the shop was able to directly bill my insurance provider so I loaded up on multiple pairs of glasses and sunglasses. Lenses ready for pickup in two business days. Affordable, durable, custom to you glasses. It’s like the build-a-bear workshop for eye wear.

It was an enjoyable experience to had my eye appointment at Dresden.Dr Woo was professional, courteous and efficient.The entire staff made you feel welcome. They were attentive and friendly. Christina was really super at what she did and always with a smile. I would definitely recommend this office for vision care.

Originally I have had only good things to say about this store. BUT RECENTLY. Lenses took over 2 months to get to the store. When I went in the few times to check if they were ready I was asked if I wanted to purchase another pair. When they came in months later the store just simply gave me extra arms of my choice. Poor experience and poor service with the current staff.

I had a very thorough eye exam with lots of feedback and good advice. The glasses available were simple, lightweight and really nice. The friendly staff helped me select glasses combinations that I really liked. I was also impressed that I could order prescription glasses with blue light filter. Plus, Everything was very inexpensive.

Highly recommend Dr. Jason Woo. He takes his time with the patient and goes over any questions you may have. Answering them in a subjective way. The team at the front of the store are great and super helpful.10/10

I really felt like the staff at Dresden Hamilton made my visit a positive one. The appointment process was simple and very quick to get a time slot. Both my son and I were assessed in a timely manner and came away with an accurate and no pressure diagnosis. All of my questions were answered and bonus marks for direct insurance billing.

Very poor service. After waiting 15 days for my class. I just received a call informing me I might receive them on Friday, but might not. Unassailable way too long. When I ordered them I was told they would be 7 to 14 days. The classes are paid in full but I don’t have them. And not sure when or if I will receive them. Think twice before ordering

Amazing customer service! I love the frames (bought 6 pairs!) and they happily corrected the error I made when ordering at no charge. I highly recommend!

I heard the ad for this place on Jazz FM and then looked them up. I was worried because too many times you hear the ads and see the website but then there is some sort of fine print or conditions to their ad. The only difficult part of this review is that there are too few locations. That being said I was thoroughly impressed with the concept and the service we received from Dresden. There was no pressure. Just a kind and informative sales person. We ended up buying 5 pairs of glasses. Paid less than we would have for two pairs and we have already recommended Dresden to others.Thank you.

This was the best experience I have ever had getting new eyeglasses. Dr. Saggu made my eye exam so easy. She explained everything to me in a way that previous optometrists never have. She explained to me how my previous prescription was actually too strong and was making my eyes work more, which was causing additional problems. I was also very impressed that they gave me my prescription on paper, so that if I needed to order additional glasses elsewhere I could. I have never had another eye clinic offer to give me my prescription - and have been told no in the past when I asked. I am very happy with both pairs of my new glasses, regular and sunglasses, and would recommend this location to anyone.
