A.A.G. Services Construction

I was looking for a good construction company for my home renovation project, and I found AAG Service, and I’m so glad to choose it. The whole project went smoothly, and they handled all the needs and permits. Their customer service is excellent. In AAG Services, each department has a manager, and all managers lead by a job site supervisor. So, every time I had concerns or questions, there was someone to answer me. They are professional in what they are doing.

Professional and friendly team

I started working with Alireza to paint my home as the first project and then work toward some other renovation projects. He handed over the work to a team of painters and they finished the job on time! However they didn’t use the paint I asked for! He argued back that the paint they used is the one they use for most projects and it’s great! Well, it’s not what I asked for! That aside they didn’t return my keys and after multiple follow ups, he neither called back nor responded to my texts and calls. I’m still wondering how unprofessional one person and a business can be! Disappointing!

It was my first time doing a bathroom renovation, and one of my friends recommended “A.AG. Services,” and I’m thankful for hiring them.They came and visited the job and consulted with me on every step of the job, and they helped me pick the best design based on my budget.They have a professional construction team, and they showed up on time, did the work, and kept the disruption to a minimum.They answered all of my questions and listened to any concerns I had. Also, when unexpected problems happened during the job, they came up with creative solutions; for all of these reasons, I highly recommend A.A.G. services for all of your construction and renovation projects.

We had a renovation with them and it was terrible, I should mention their staff and even supervisors don’t have even minimum knowledge of BC building codes which caused us facing a lot of troubles and delays in our renovation process to get the required permits. They need for sure to get more educated about BC building code to make less trouble and loss to the clients. The staff and even supervisors were not communicating in clear or plain English with inspectors, and that was quite bothering. I wouldn’t recommend it considering my experience to anyone unless they improve their service.

I had a kitchen renovation with A.A.G. Services company. They are really on time and they finished my kitchen based on confirm and schedule.I am happy with their A.A.G Services; with out any hesitation go for A.A.G Services for any construction and renovation.

AAG Services was both unprofessional and of poor quality finish. The contractors constantly no-showed without prior notice leaving us waiting for hours in the morning expecting work to start. The build quality/finish on our flooring was poor with nails sticking out part way and new base boards chipped. Also, after completion, we noticed damage to our drywall that they attempted to cover up by shifting our heater up over the damaged area. I will definitely avoid using their services in the future.
