This is a hidden treasure here in Durham! The Club has been in this same building since about 1970 and is apparently one of the oldest Karate clubs in Canada!Training is friendly but focused. It is not a sport. Techniques are meant to incapacitate any attackers.The instructors are fantastic and really care about your progress.They do sword training here, too.
