It's mc d's, you know what you are getting in to. It's becoming too expensive to go here. The food is not what it used to be. I would love to CEO this company and turn it around.

We arrived on a Thursday night at around 7pm and the doors were locked. We needed to use the washroom and wanted to order food. We had to go through the drive-through to order our food and ask them to open the door for us to use the toilets. They were short of staff and they had a sign on the door explaining this. I still feel that they don't need to lock the door, but maybe I am missing something. In any case, it was not a super experience for us. I'm not blaming the staff. I see improvements can be made.

This location is pleasant. Nice layout that creates a good atmosphere. Staff was very pleasant and efficient

I wish I could give no stars. Stopped today and ordered a happy meal, iced coffee and a Mcdouble, a small order. I did so through the app and waited in the designated parking spot. After 15 minutes of waiting, 25 cars passing in the drive thru and dozens coming out from the restaurant, I decided to go ask if the had received my order. The girl tells me, in the most condescending voice, yes we have it, it's coming. As if waiting 15 minutes for an order is absolutely normal... 5 minutes later someone brings out my order. My burger looked like the threw it under a Mac truck and my iced coffee tasted of room temp water.Sadly this isn't the first time, but I've learned my lesson. I'll go a cross to Tim hortons.Appalling place. Don't bother wasting your time and money here.

They were really busy, but they got my boyfriend's order wrong via the drive-thru. Thankfully we don't have any allergies, or else we wouldn't be able to eat.

We went there for ice creams on a hot day, and the service was very fast. I placed two orders on the self-serve kiosk, and the first order was an ice cream cone only. My husband was already eating the ice cream before I completed the second order, even though there was a small line, maybe because our order was simple. The second order didn't take long either.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food doesn’t taste anywhere near as good or as fresh as it does at nearly every other McDonald’s restaurant I’ve been to. And to top it all off, they gave us expired milk in a kid’s meal for my daughter which was rancid.

We like to stop here on the way to Montreal, it is about 1h and half from Ottawa. The place has a play structure for kids to spend some energy after long drive. Drive through is open 24h.
