Great water temp for the kiddy pool area. Slide doesn’t run when cold. Hot tub doesn’t work. Steam room and sauna are great. Staffed well.

Meh, it's a pool. Pools are gross. This one especially. Why would you essentially want to take a bath with a bunch of people? I don't get it. It's also kind of dirty and sometimes the staff walk through the change rooms (the girls one, anyways). You should remodel the whole pool to make it more interesting!

I once loved going here, until I put on goggles and looked in the water. Not only is there thick, sticky, viscous grime just behind the bars in the leisure pool itself but the lap pool also had small black clumps of gross-ness on the floor. I've found countless band-aids, the diving boards are almost never opened because they dont take the lane dividers out after swim club, the hot tub is out of commission, and there is almost never a life guard there to keep the ONE of two slides open. There is mold and mildew in most corners of the dressing rooms and there was day (or more) old garbage sitting in the steam room when I went today. The staff are friendly but goodness gracious, I wont be back until they clean and I can see the entire pool floor.

Great place to take the kids for a swim if you need a little time to get things done. They also can do birthday parties, just give them a ring for details. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the water park and park close by.

Absolutely filthy place. Forced my family of 4 to change in tents on the pool deck. None of the water features are turned on any time I've been there. Its nice they are trying to stay open during covid, but the protocols put in place are absolutely embarrassing and the whole place is a sess pool of filth and should be shut down until its cleaned properly. I feel bad for the staff who work here, its an embarrassment for everyone.

Toddler pool is permanently closed, spray jets and other toys in the wave pool either don't work or aren't turned on, waves are never used in wave pool, deep pool always closed for lessons/laps, slides usually closed. Change rooms/floors not clean or well maintained.I know its an old facility overdue for replacement but feels like the city has just abandoned the place at this point.Great job with the brand new signage on the outside of the building though, I'll bet it fools lots of people driving past into thinking it's a nice facility on the inside.

The hot tub was closed , one slide was closed, the lockers were hard to get back into. Most had no locks. The steam sauna was nice and hot though… but the two fountains had warm water coming out. No tap for water bottles had to go to change room every-time. *i used the shower for cold water* …. Clean change rooms and showers…I like the canteen but it was a mess.

last time I was there the floors were dirty ended up with warts. Wish they cleaned properly. for the amount of people that swim there is just too small. lap pool is closed most of the time and the wave pool is packed with babies that end up making everyone have to leave from them soiling the water. slides are closed each time I've been there. hot tube has a limit to people but also has tones foam (foam is bad means its not been cleaned) sauna is full and steam room is full as well. you cant jump into the deep end when the diving boards are closed. Paint was pealing of the walls and pool floor. you cant get lessons plenty of students but no to tech. gym is small not worth going for the gym. staff can be nice but some are way to picky on the kids. fights happen and aren't stopped but jumping in the pool gets stopped seems about right?. over all the Dawson pool is worth the drive then spending your time and money here.

After booking ahead and getting there 5 minutes before our booking, waited in line for about 15 minutes while the three families ahead in line got their bookings sorted. After using the makeshift change area onthe pool deck, we may have got half an hour to actually swim. Nice to have an option to be active, but staggered entry might aid everyone to enjoy their full 45 minute time slot.
