Super lovely staff, they were very friendly, welcoming and inclusive. Bathrooms and cafe was clean and tidy. We sat inside for a very long time and the staff did not mind. Some interesting people passing by outside but it is expected of the area.

Great location in downtown Kamloops. There’s a parking lot next to it so you can either park to go inside or do drive through. The service is great as well and good vibes.

Always a friendly place to go the staff is happy and very knowledgeable about their menu if you're not familiar with it already. Love the patio to sit and watch friendly faces go by and my dog is allowed on the patio which is such a delightful bonus she loves people and everybody stops to say hi to her...Love the old A&W but I couldn't think of a better restaurant/coffee house to fill those shoes. Hands down best Starbucks in town clean cute and friendly.

Sometimes okay service, sometimes really bad. For example, I just got a pretty much cold coffee. Tried one a sandwich and it's not worth the money! Plenty of homeless people around and often in the caffee shop. Not appealing and the overall appearance is not clean. The other day I went from a coffee: No light roast, no medium roast, no dark roast were prepared. Is this a coffee shop or not?

Really nice friendly staff!! My coffee ☕️ was great! Busy little location in Kamloops. Wheelchair accessible washroom and parking. Not a lot of seating in this location, but the service was great!!

The staff at this Starbucks are the BEST. we had an absolutely lovely experience here during a road trip. Usually a stop at a coffee shop is a pretty mundane experience but the kindness of the staff here made this time extraordinary. Thanks!!

Staff here were very friendly and welcoming which was very nice. Orders were quick and of a good quality. Facilities were clean however there is needle disposal containers in each washroom, so are they really that clean? Overall best Starbucks I've visited yet.

Super slow service everytime I came here. They take a long time to take your order and even longer to make your drink. They spent 5 minutes literally taking no ones order while they made order to pickup orders which they clearly prioritize over the in person

We stopped at a Starbucks almost every day on our vacation, best time of year if you like all the pumpkin options. Friendly staff, nice location. We were staying at the Sandman hotel and you walked across this pedestrian bridge, we did this twice during our 2 day stay.
