Amazing Service! Thanks for staying open later for me, I bought a pair of 5.11 boots which I love. Didn't feel rushed at all to make a decision and was given lots of options and honest opinions.

Good place to buy things for police/paramedics/security etc. Prices can be a bit more than Amazon, but it's a brick and mortar store and the staff there were knowledgeable so the premium makes sense.

Had a extremely positive experience with one of the staff members today. I needed duty pants but I'm also trans and wasn't comfortable figuring out sizing, the lady who was working today was very helpful and made me feel comfortable the whole time.

These guys have everything you need for first responder gear (security, paramedics, police). They know their stuff, what to buy what not to buy, what to watch out for, what to get for certain types of working conditions. Something Amazon can't do! We trust them first and buy all our gear that we use for training here. #supportlocal

Called in early in the week looking for black boots in a size 13. I couldn’t find this size in Edmonton and they let me know over the phone what brand and model they carried in my size. I was able to do some research online and then went into the store to try what they had. The lady who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided great customer service. It was very clear she knew what she was talking about and gave good information and specs on each pair of boots I tried. I highly recommend supporting this business!

As good as you’ll get without buying off amazon. Prices are decent enough,seemed to be a good selection. I’d watch prices on things once you’re at the till as I didn’t and got overcharged for two items.

I was surprised there was a store selling 5.11 gear locally. i went in there, to by a backpack. Prices were great, on par if not cheaper than amazon and a couple other online sites. I prefer to shop locally when I can. Great selection, and very friendly, helpful staff. Be going there again soon.
