I went to Orleans Urgent Care this week I was there at 7:25am and there was already a line up. I was willing to wait because I was in so much pain, I knew I’d get what I needed here. The wait was about an hour and a half. The receptionist was friendly, the nurses were nice. And I was so great full that the Dr I spoke with asked me the right questions and listened to me. He was then able to assign me the proper medication for my pain.Thank you so much!

Spent 4 hours there, yesterday. Although it was a long 4 hours, I am glad they were there to repair and stitch my finger. The staff and doctors do a fantastic job. They are very friendly. And the doctor made great conversation while freezing and stitching. I did not get her name, but thank you.

Closed at 5PM on Monday. At least hours on Google maps have to be updated.Big lines of people in the morning, as anywhere in Ottawa. Expect at least 3 hours of waiting, in the best case.Interior is lower quality than average. It does not look like they lack money, taking in account the constant flow of people to this place. They just do not invest them into clinic.Doctors are very good, no questions to them.P.s.Some reviweres say that 3-7 hours of waiting is ok. But it is not ok if you compare with European countries. Many of them also have free, but much more developed systems.

*****Yes, you have to wait but it is expected when you do not have an appointment. The nurses were nice and understanding. The desk person was very helpful. The X-ray technician was nice and helped a lot.I saw Dr. Stewart. He was very professional and nice. He understood my worries and took his time to explain what was going on and what to do.Thank you guys.

Ask about complete pricing before you commit. Brought my daughter in for a TB test for work they charged $95. Okay no problem. Went back 48 hours to have them look at the mark and they charged me another $95!!! $180 for a step one TB test is unbelievable. Had no choice but to pay it. I called around and found that I could have paid $40 to $45 flat. I had already waited 3 hours in line just to be told about the first $95 so thats why i sucked it up never told me I had to pay again!!!!!

May 2023: I arrived 30 minutes before opening and it took 9 hours to finish my visit: 3-4 hours to wait for your number to be called for registration, another 3 to get called into a waiting room by name, and depending on your condition; another hour or two to be checked by a nurse, wait for a doctor and get treated. The nurses seem to have no idea what they're doing (one stating the heart doesn't have muscles when describing my pain) but the doctors are well experienced.Either arrive 2 hours early, or come between 11am to 12pm since I noticed even those coming in late before the noon cutoff had a shorter overall wait time than me (treated about an hour or two after me despite coming in 4 hours later).Pro tip: I'd do errands while waiting for your number, it's usually about 10 numbers per hour so grab breakfast or something. If it's an emergency GO TO THE ER. Something needs to be done about this at our next provincial and federal election so please vote wisely.

By far the worst place I have ever been still in the room waiting for doctor for over an hour and a half dirty and needs to be clean nurses don't seem to care and have attitudes there stuff all over the wall and I'm afraid to touch anything seems like everyone else is important and you get left behind next time I will not be coming here. Very upset and the worst for people with anxiety you will be trapped in the room for more time then you ever expected force you to keep door closed and rude when you ask questions don't come here

Very disappointing to go to the place d orleans urgent care clinic after taking care of my self for 2 year.I never got to go to any clinic coz never got sick but they make us wait for 3 hours out side in -10 and I got flue being outside.Actually I came for my ear infection and got sick thanks. The doctor was in so rush it took him almost 10m for check up and the waiting room was very nasty. No proper management the nurse in first check up was picking and choosing from the patient not because of their illness but because of the accent that’s why we pay taxes right? Thanks

Had to have a large cyst removed from the middle of my back. I arrived at 930am. Having never been there before, I took a number to register....3 hrs later.....I was registered. 2 hrs later I was in an exam room. By then end of the following hr my cyst had been removed painlessly. 3:30pm ish...i was on my way. This would have taken at least 12 hrs at a hospital. The staff were efficient and courteous. I'll definitely make use of this facility if I have future need.

I have never had a bad experience here. Yes, you wait, but, given the healthcare crisis right now, I'll take it. I have a family doctor who never has availabilities and whose receptionists are extremely rude. Everyone at this clinic is extremely polite.
