Customer service is outstanding. We had a recliner that was purchased about 6 years ago that was making a noise. The company was very responsive to resolve the problem.They picked up the recliner and took it back to the shop to replace parts. Pick up and re-delivery of the chair were scheduled within a few days. Delivery truck provided a reasonable window for timeframe for delivery and then called in advance and actually showed up exactly when they said they would be there! Very friendly and accommodating staff. All free of charge :)

Great selection of furniture. Looks like quality items , prices reflects that .Sales person was pushy , was the only downside . Would have given them a 5 except for that particular sales person . Store has a Good History .Hope to give them a higher score after next visit.

You never really know the quality of a company until something goes wrong. In our case, the issue we experienced was completely our fault, and yet Tim and Dilan took care of us as if we were family. From our first visit right up until our final, Dilan was always friendly patient and welcoming. When we ended up having an issue with one part of our purchase, Dilan took the time to listen to our concern, consulted with her manager on our behalf, and then worked with us to correct the problem. Tim made us feel at ease and when we left the store on the morning of Christmas Eve, it felt like we were saying goodbye to family friends. This is certainly our go to furniture store moving forward. Thank you for making our buying experience so pleasant.

Lovely selection, but the experience was bad all round. I understand due to COVID that things are complicated. Had to wait in line to order sofa, but quick to take my deposit. Ordered sofa and waited five months for delivery. They took final payment before sofa was delivered. Damaged upon delivery and had to wait about two weeks to actually speak to someone regarding the damage and that was only as I had emailed and I guess were following up, although I had filled out paperwork on delivery. They said they would send a leather tech out to repair ( not the perfect sofa I ordered) and for my trouble they were going to drop a leather care kit out to me that week. Tech came and repaired but you can still see the spot if you look. The leather kit never arrived. That was a month ago and have not heard a word. This was a custom made full leather sofa, so not cheap. I expected more from this store. Next time I will go back to the big box store!

Of all the places we looked for furniture so far in Windsor, Coulter's has had the most beautiful, modern, stylish, high quality options we've seen. My husband & I rarely agree on what a comfortable couch feels like (he's tall, I'm short so comfort is different for each of us) and there were several couches we agreed upon as comfortable in their showroom. Loved the custom option & the variety of styles available.

I purchased a custom sofa from Coulter's in 2021. Recently there was an issue with the frame, which is still under warranty. I contacted Coulter's who then picked up my sofa and returned it repaired within a day. The customer service is incredible!

What a positive experience. Our custom made furniture came with a defect. Coulter's was extremely helpful with no push back at all. We had the issue fixed in good time. Customer service is off the charts compared to other company experiences. Shows they have class and the brands they sell do too. Number one store for furniture and service. Bonus: they carry Canadian Made furniture too.
