The Swiss chalet taste and service that I was used to is back at this locationMany locations of Swiss chalet are closing down or if they’re open, the chicken is dry and service isn’t what it used to be.This location keeps up the tasty and juicy chicken that I remember Swiss chalet as. The location also has a near and nicer interior which is nice to see that they are trying to keep up with the times.Had the Mother’s Day special that came with a slice of cake and the cheesecake was delicious too. Nice and creamy and sweetened up with the brownies on the side.Service was great. I recently tried Swiss Chalet as it had undergone new renovations. The place looks much nicer! The evening cashier at the take out area was a standout; being extremely kind and friendly. Only issue I had was they didn't add our 4 rolls when we ordered the family pack. Please ensure orders have everything in them before sealing them and saying they are ready. I would still recommend this spot for a budget-friendly, tasty meal and great customer service.

Newly renovated and cozy location. Plenty of parking. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Food was hot. Spring rolls were a bit well done, ran out of white dinner rolls but we did dine in an hour before closing.

Newly renovated and the atmosphere looks cozy with the fireplace that they have. Chicken was a tad bit dry but that was maybe just that 1 chicken. Everything else was perfect.

I'd give less stars if I could. Unfortunately I work near by and it's the healthiest option but as someone who comes to this location often there's always something that goes wrong with my order. And just now the manager just denied a request for my order which I always make at any other swiss chalet. If you can avoid this place, do it. It's terrible.

Eager to try this restaurant as it was newly renovated. Warm and cozy atmosphere. Food was disappointing. We arrived at this location at 12:00pm. You would think food would be fresh as it was lunchtime and it wasn't busy. We ordered the special quarter chicken/rib orders. My ribs were dry. It wasn't fresh it was re-heated from the day before and the rice my husband ordered was hard made the day before. That was not food that was just made for guests arriving at lunch time. We had to ask the server for a new ribs and rice and then it tasted like it was just made and not a day old.

06/18/23 Father's day weekend.My family and I went to this location for dine in. Service was slow, waited nearly 15 minutes to order (not just us, other tables were waiting around). 3/5 of our orders came 10 minutes before the rest, making my kids wait for the rest of us to finish eating. I recommend just having us all wait, and bring the food altogether.The food was good l. ( 7/10 )I enjoyed the new atmosphere of the newly renovated location. ( 9/10 )I do not usually leave reviews, but if this is how service is during a holiday, I would hope to see improvements for my future visits.Recommendations: More FOH staff. One more waiter/waitress will make a difference.

The service was extremely slow. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived at 4:30 on a Sunday. When the food finally arrived, it was dried out, both the chicken and the baked potato. The fries were all the little crispy ends (my daughter did not eat them). Again we waited for the bill after asking twice. Too much time spent sitting around. Won't be back!

Ordered takeout, specifically half-chicken with garlic shrimp and yam fries. We specified dark meat, when asked. There were problems from the start when the machines wouldn't take our order so we had to place it up front. We were told to return in ten minutes, but when we showed up for our order, it was as though we never placed it. We had to wait close to ten minutes more. At home, we opened the boxes to a leg the size of a small dinner roll (see photo) and a tiny round container with shrimp floating in sauce. Looks rather gross, to be honest; we felt the need to snap photos for proof. They speak for themselves. The yam fries (not pictured) were also a small portion. In no world should all this be $23. I feel ripped off and will not be returning under any circumstances.
