Leandross is great to work with, he’s always doing all he can to meet your needs and is punctual. He always was attentive to our needs and requests and offered creative solutions when required. He’s critical of his trades’ work and he didn’t hesitate to demand top notch outcomes throughout out renovation. Highly recommended!!

We chose LJH for a house renovation which started on the smaller side and snowballed into a big project with so many add-ons. Leandross was great at hearing us out, explaining stuff in a non-technical language that we could understand and responding to our concerns very satisfactorily. They have done a great job at our house and he was always available for help here and there. I'd definitely trust them with any other projects we may have and will wholeheartedly recommend them to others.The only issue we had with LJH was timing. They were late in delivery for the first phase of the project, which I hope was a one-off for this company.

Leandross and his team are true professionals. We did a bathroom and laundry reno and are thrilled. They all took great care (including COVID), worked with good trades, made fab suggestions (found storage space for us, and other improvements), and are really nice people.

Leandross helped me renovate an apartment. From our first meeting he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went over my wish list and Leandross helped me figure out how to get the best bang for my buck. He had insightful ideas about how to do things more cheaply or how to combine things to get efficiency in my spending. The final result is beautiful and I'm very happy that we selected LJH to do our renovation.

Leandross and his crew did a somewhat smaller job for me at my home, and the work was done efficiently, professionally and without any hiccups.The quality of the work was as if not more than i would have expected as i do not have a keen eye for the small stuff.I would recommend LJH Construction for any projects knowing the job will be done right, on time and on budget!

We met Leandross at the end of Summer with the goal to renovate a new apartment. We set out the goal to complete the project by the end of the year and the team managed that with no issues. Working with Leandross and his team was incredibly easy and streamlined. We provided the concept and inspiration as to how we wanted the apartment to look and he delivered. Throughout the project his team would often provide us numerous options and recommendations for appliances, hardware, flooring etc. in order to deliver us quality materials while staying within our budget. The team is also incredibly flexible as they were able to take on changes in our design as well as extra installation work we had not planned originally, again speaks to their ability to forecast realistic lead times and completion date. On top of all of this, a majority of the project management from our end was done remotely, so I am grateful to work with such a trustworthy team to help us make decisions on the spot if we couldn't provide an immediate answer on urgent matters during the install. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Leandross and his team and I would 1000% work with him again when the next opportunity arises.

Leandross did an outstanding job in meeting our needs in design, cost, and completion times. He runs his business with integrity, honesty, and professionalism that I haven't seen in this line of work for a while.We were very particular about a few concepts during the renovation and did a great job finding solutions and ideas to give us the end result that we would truly enjoy, because who wants a reno that they don't like.This is my third renovation and my first time working with LJH Construction. Leandross and his team at LJH Construction recently completed some significant upgrades and repairs to our new condo. We couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the work, and would recommend LJH Construction to anyone. We encountered a number of obstacles and delays (due entirely to external factors) and were so grateful that we could rely on Leandross to adapt to the changing situation. Despite all the challenges, the work was completed in a timely manner and to a very high standard. Communication was excellent, and we felt we could really depend on Leandross to give us good advice and work with us to solve problems. The whole team was very pleasant to work with, and we feel very confident that they stand behind their work, should any concerns ever arise in future. We were so glad we didn't try to manage this project on our own - Leandross' expertise, project management skills and professionalism were invaluable.

Leandross and the team were a pleasure to work with. They had good suggestions, communicated clearly, worked with our timelines and were very good at setting expectations appropriately. They noticed pre-existing problems with our drywall and made sure to do a quality repair for us in addition to our planned work.We will absolutely work with ljh again.
