I was able to schedule an appointment for some warranty work in reasonable time and with no hiccups. I do agree with some other reviews that the communication could be improved. I don't think they care to listen to the customer. Happy with the end result.

I haven't even gotten to actual service work yet because I can't get a Ford part to fix my only vehicle that, if left, could seize my engine; I was told the part had been ordered a month ago only to find out yesterday it never was ordered. Last week, I wrote an email asking for clarification, confirmation and details with no response (found out the Parts Manager (Joe) who the email was sent to, forwarded the email, without responding to me about the rest of my questions, to the service department for a quote on the work itself which he'd already provided to us verbally - never did hear back from ANYONE in Parts or Service, then he split for two weeks vacation), so when we called for a status update on the part delivery, we were told by one of his colleagues that maybe we should get an after-market part and talk to Ford Canada - whaaaaaaaaat? During this exchange, we found out the Ford part (which was on backorder for at least a month and for which it has now been a full month since we were told the part WAS ordered) was in actual fact NOT ordered by Joe according to Mike who told us yesterday he, can't find an invoice for it." (Mike actually was trying to be helpful and has reached out to other dealerships for the part in the interim as of yesterday so we'll see if anything comes of that). This is the third time I've had to wait a long time for an essential Ford part

I went to Highbury Ford for repairs covered under recall warranty. I was told to bring the car in the morning, so that I can pick it up in the evening. I did as the person suggested. Later that day, the technician called me to say that they'll need it for one more day because it's a bigger job than expected. Although, this wasn't ideal for me, but I thought it was understandable.The next day, I was waiting for a call, so I can pick up my car. No call. I called late afternoon and they said that they'll need another day because they don't have the parts (which is something that should have been arranged when the appointment was made the previous week). At this point, it was too late to arrange a loaner car, so I wouldn't have a car for three days.Day 3: I call a few times in the late morning in order to arrange pickup of my car later that day (I worked, so would have to make arrangements for someone to drive the car to my apartment), but the technician didn't pick up the phone. I left a message for him to call me back . I called again around noon. The person I talked to said the tech is on lunch, but that he would tell him to call me right away. No one returned my calls. I called a total of 6 times that day and my talk would not return my calls. Later that day, while I was at work, he called to tell me my car is ready. Because of the nature of my work, I had to scramble within 3 minutes in order to make arrangements for a family member to pick up my car. When I finally got into my car, the bluetooth was no longer workingTerrible communication. Broke the bluetooth in my car. Do not recommend coming here for service. I will not be returningUpdate: I went to a different ford dealership for diagnostic. They identified the issue and said highbury ford made a mistake. I brought the receipt for this to highbury Ford. Manager at first tried to dodge responsibility, threatened to have me trespassed because I raised my voice slightly, tried to get me to call ford canada (which is useless and he knows it because they have no control over dealerships). Refused to pay because I should have gone to them despite them having a conflict of interest and having lied to me previously. In a previous conversation he said I could go to another Ford dealer for diagnostic and now he said but I never said I would pay for it".Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Situation has been reported to Better Business Bureau"

Some places are bad other places are malicious and terrible, this place is the latter. Their malice, terrible performance and awful customer service is so terrible it cannot be simply a mistake. When you tell them this, all they come back with is “call Ford Canada” and refuse proper service. Shameful. Go to another dealership

They charged me $350 for 2 hours to run a diagnosis and couldn’t even find the issue despite me asking them to check the starter.They wanted me to pay 1k to maybe fix it.I took it to a local mechanic, who immediately found the starter issue and fixed it for half the cost.Avoid “Stealerships”.

I booked a service for replacing an HVAC motor, I had to call them to find out the status, because they don't call you. And when I called, they told me they couldn't finish the job the same day, I had to pick it up the next day. The next day I picked it up with a strong smell of cigarette inside. No body admits, of course. It's been 5 months, and I can still smell it, if I would know the smell does not go away in months, I would save all the videos from my dashcam as a proof to force them replace the interior. I also know that they didn't worked on my vehicle at all the first day.To all local Ford owners:Find a service center where you can actually see who is working on your vehicle. If you don't catch them with your own eyes, nobody admits, nobody cares.

I want to thank Highbury Ford for the work they did on my Escape last December just a month after it was purchased when someone drove into me. Took less time than expected to be repaired and had the easiest time communicating with the body shop. I’ve never had a bad experience when dealing with the 2 vehicles I’ve purchased.

Very unprofessional. Do not call you back and leave you driving around in an unsafe vehicle for weeks even though they have the answer right in front of them. Would not trust them with any car ever again.

Very poor customer service. Made an appointment but when arrived they wanted me to leave the car for an undetermined time. Staff management was rude .
