This place calls my clinic with recorded messages all of the time. We are trying to book appointments and place reminder calls to patients and these recorded messages are interfering with our day to day business. I have called them once before to ask them to take our number off of their list, but the calls keep coming. It's quite annoying.

A friend of mines parent is in this LTC home and the stories I hear are mind blowing. I understand staffing shortages etc., but that is no excuse for some of the things I hear. Just makes me shake my head.
