We have always had great service with puddlepools. Their team looks after our pool and hot tub combo. We use it quite frequently and the water is always nice and clean. Never any hiccups.

Their guys came and made our spa fresh again, we couldn’t get the chemicals right and it was turning a weird yellow. They gave us a tutorial and did a service now we are back on track. Happy to give a review.

Michael from Puddle knew everything about our system and the two minor adjustments he made eliminated the headache I’ve had with the system As I was cold by another company it could not be repaired. We still maintain a pool ourselves but wanted to pass on our gratitude. Would definitely recommend.

Michael and Jason are our regular Puddle guys. I was asked if we were happy with the service, I wanted to pass on the note that we have never had an issue and are always satisfied with their service. They know their stuff, there’s never any guesswork and you get a play-by-play yeah email which I love.

Wanted to give a shout out to Puddle as we bought a used hot tub and it had some issues. The gentleman they sent over was very pleasant and professional. I worked on it for a couple of days and did some chemical things and it looks brand new.
