Scrubbi House Cleaning

Please do not hire cleaners from this company, they do not pay us a dime and the management is very unprofessional. You better off with any other cleaning company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!~~~~I scheduled a move out clean on the 31st thinking I was getting a professional competent cleaner for the ~$250 they were changing.Not only was their worker completely underqualified for the job, not his fault he clearly wasn't trained, but they where extrememly rude when we called in to complain. Even going so far as to snarkily say you're cutting it a bit close aren't you?"... uh yes. thats why I wanted to hire 'professional' help.We had to redo everything that their worker touched and barely made the move out time. no help from scrubbi cleaning.What was supposed to be a respite and a bit of breathing room on an already stressful day turned into just another fire to out out. They initially refused a refund untill I threatened to call my credit card company for a charge back. But honestly at that point I just wanted to pay the ~$250 and not have to worry.I cannot fully express how dissapointed I am in this company and how imperative it is that you not use them for anything at all let alone anything important or time sensitive.I honestly would have been better off grabbing a couple random people off the street and offering them a couple bucks over minimum wage. which after reading other reviews is probabaly what they did anyways.tl;dr: do not use this company"

They are ripping employees off left snd and needs to shut down. Stealing off employees the bbb needs to investigate

I would have given 10 stars if I could! Everything was clean and dusted to perfection! Even the bed looks like a hotel. I’m so very pleased!

Benilda was more than excellent. She takes pride in her work and was eager to please. She was professional and enthusiastic about pleasing us.On the other hand the person who booked the day did a very poor job of communicating what I had asked for.Theresa who answered my furious call was on the job and corrected the problem. I have used Scrubbies several times and this is the second time I ran into the same issue. I will think twice about using them again.""

The young lady worked very hard and did a great job.

Average cleaning. Poorly run/organized. They kept texting me promotions after and said if I ask to stop data charges may apply. Leave me alone, Scrubbi

They sent one person for a move out cleaning. I worked along with staff for about 1 and a half helping. The worker almost got the bathroom done and said they weren't feeling well so they will send some else. They didn't send anyone and told me they would be showing up tomorrow. Tomorrow came and they cancelled for the only day they could do the job I hired them to do.

The problem is not the cleaners they do their job .. the problem is this shameful company, they do not pay their employees, how come they are still open, so unfair and unjust... what an embarrassment... this shouldn't be allowed, please authorities step up... this can't be happening.

Valarie was brilliant! She did a great job with the cleaning. Keep up the great work Scrubbi! Recommending you guys to everyone I know!
