A friend had them there..twice...two different times todo 7 small windows... .they are not happy and I see why myself....no attention to the details..each corner on one window has a chip outta the plastic framing the glass .and its uneven..gaps not the same width even..not happy..wont be suggesting them to others who want quality work done with top quality windows..maybe they need a new glass window provider if they dont make them their selves..no excuse for the way they look..almost feel like its lowered the price of the house not increased it..feel sorry for the owner ...sad for the old couple they did it to

Outstanding customer service. Bill replaced my windshield, repaired and sealed some problem areas and even took photos of the before and after. He's easy to talk to, and explains what he'll do, and why. I highly recommend Proline glass, in Alberni. This was a great customer experience!

I would like to give anyone who has COPD, is allergic to cigarettes etc a heads up, the workers smoke in the office. The office was full of cigarette smoke, cigarettes were on the ground, it was dirty and no one was wearing a mask. Health and safety didn't appear to be their top priority. Brought a nice frame in, glad I left the picture at home, because he placed it on a dirty desk and wanted to write my name and phone number on the back of my frame. Would definitely not recommend and I'm glad I didn't have them come into my home smelling like cigarettes.

Quick, quality work. Had a windshield done through them and everything turned out great. Crew seem like a good group of guys and are fun to deal with. Definitely recommend their services id you are in the area and in need of glass. They only accept cash or cheque so keep that in mind.

Great people skills, the owner and I BS'd about bikes and hotrods much to the dismay of my wife as we were dropping off her car to have the windshield replaced and she had to wait for me to finish yapping so she could get a ride home LOL. Picked up her car at pre-aranged time and car was ready to roll.

Guy at the shop office seemed a little off and was smoking inside which didn’t give me a good first impression. Told him what I needed and was told the price which was fine but when I went to give my deposit I was told they only accept cash or cheque, no credit cards or debit. He proceeded to tell me that’s the way he’s always done it and that’s the way he always will. I left and got my window elsewhere. It’s 2019, get with the times.
