At the request of a buyer, took my truck to this shop to get it checked out for inspection. Unfortunately this store has the worst employee ever. Walks out on bringing in the shop, as he had an issue over me asking him, who’s bringing the truck in the store, him or me. That employee who wears a beanie, then started swearing at me. I’m not fazed by rude individuals, but this is bad for the business.

We moved into the neighborhood and needed to find a garage to find out what was causing a racket while driving. Saw this OK tire had good reviews and gave them a call. The woman I spoke to was very nice and I booked a appointment. They had some difficulty getting the necessary part but the mechanics Randy promised me on the phone he would make it happen. Even though the power went out on them for 2 hours they worked past closing and got it done. I would highly recommend them and am confident they are my new garage.

Dropped my car off due to a popped tire, I expecting it to take all day to fix the tire. They had it done in 30 minutes! Extremely fast super professional, they even put my spare tire and all the parts back into the spare tire tray in my car. Totally recommend them for any work! Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The price for mounting and balancing a set of 4 tires was almost twice the cost of most other places. (CT / SuperLube ) I live in the area and wanted to support local business, but not for that price.

Great service!! I had a very pleasant experience. They took me in right away, told me immediate fixes and were honest about what could wait and didn't push for extra fixes. Great value and I'll definitely be going back to this shop and I live across the city. Randy and Odette are the best!

I contacted them about battery replacement which they sent the quote right away. However once I told them that I would take the economy battery and wondering when I could come in, they said they will get back to me and that was 5days ago. Maybe they simply forgot? Or my business isn’t worth their time? Whatever it is, I’m not impressed. Took my car elsewhere today where I could make an appointment pretty much in instant.
